The paper presents the problems related to the forestry domanin in the first decade after the Great Union. It contains an introductory part, including general considerations on the concepts of forest policy and law, and the main part, which is a study of forest policy based on the existing forest laws. The main conclusion of the paper is related to the involvment of foresters in contributing with their knowledge to shaping measures of forest policy, law and administration in the benefit of forests.
