We revealed high practicality of pulsed yellow LED lamps for Helicoverpa armigera and Spodoptera litura moths control, and had no effect of Spinaca oleracea growth. On the other hand, it was revealed that the practicality of pulsed LED lamps for diurnal Lepidoptera was low where cut off some pesticides for owlet moths in some crops and cropping types. It was thought that cooperation activities of research and extension through this research had influenced the improvement of expertise and the deepening of interpersonal network. There was a possibility that low match of the LED lamps performances and some needs of production area had influenced as the factor which the technology promotion behavior of extension workers had been restricted. For more improving the technology promotion behavior, we have raised that effectivity of the selection of experimental location which was considered the needs of production area more, the systematization of control technology including to other insects, the a ctivation of discussion between researchers with extension workers, and the use of human resource which have deeper interpersonal network with farmers at production area.
