The current issues of technical regulation in the implementation of international trade in confectionery products on the market of the EAEC countries are considered. The main reasons for restrictions on circulation related to the content, labeling and methods of controlling sulfur dioxide and sulfites in confectionery products are analyzed, key factors are identified and solutions are proposed aimed at achieving harmonization of national and international regulation. Modernization of the regulatory and technical base and organization of systematic work to develop documents that are missing for the implementation of technical regulations is a necessary condition for creating a stable environment for optimal and rational interaction within the EAEU and on the world market. / Рассмотрены актуальные вопросы технического регулирования при осуществлении международной торговли кондитерскими изделиями на рынке стран ЕАЭК. Проанализированы основные причины ограничения оборота, связанные с содержанием, маркировкой и методами контроля диоксида серы и сульфитов в кондитерских изделиях, выявлены ключевые факторы и предложены пути решения, направленные на достижение гармонизации национального и международного регулирования. Модернизация нормативно-технической базы и организация системной работы по разработке недостающих для реализации технических регламентов документов является необходимым условием создания устойчивой среды для оптимального и рационального взаимодействия внутри ЕАЭС и на мировом рынке.
