The article discusses the properties of the bacteria Lactobacillus kunkeei, isolated from the body of bees and bee products. The properties of 14 isolates of Lactobacillus kunkeei isolated from the body of bees and bee products were studied. The ability of cultures to grow with various carbohydrates, at different cultivation temperatures and active acidity values, and the ability to form ammonia from arginine were characterized. Changes in active acidity and optical density were studied after 16 hours of growth of cultures in a medium with various carbohydrates. The antagonistic activity of Lactobacillus kunkeei isolates against Esherichia coli and Candida albicans strains was determined. The isolated Lactobacillus kunkeei isolates are promising for use in the composition of feed probiotic preparations for bees. / В статье рассмотрены свойства бактерий Lactobacillus kunkeei, выделенных из организма пчел и пчелопродуктов. Изучены свойства 14 изолятов Lactobacillus kunkeei, выделенных из организма пчел и пчелопродуктов. Охарактеризована способность культур к росту с различными углеводами, при различных температурах культивирования и значениях активной кислотности, способность образовывать аммиак из аргинина. Изучены изменения активной кислотности и оптической плотности через 16 ч роста культур в среде с различными углеводами. Определена антагонистическая активность изолятов Lactobacillus kunkeei в отношении штаммов Esherichia coli и Candida albicans. Выделенные изоляты Lactobacillus kunkeei являются перспективными для использования их в составе кормовых пробиотических препаратов для пчел.
