The concentration of biologically active substances (trace elements and vitamins) in the meat and liver of young pigs of various weight conditions was determined. The average content of copper in the shoulder part of carcasses varied from 0 to 12.17 mg/kg, zinc – from 18.47 to 55.43 mg/kg, iron from 14.09 to 187.63 mg/kg, chromium from 0.19 to 0.29 mg/kg, selenium from 0.09 to 0.14 mg/kg. A certain pattern has been established to increase the concentration of zinc and iron with an increase in the realizable mass of individuals. The content of vitamin A in the spine and lateral fat did not depend on the weight of the animals, and vitamin E in the fat was not detected during the analysis. / Определена концентрация биологически активных веществ (микроэлементов и витаминов) в мясе и печени молодняка свиней различных весовых кондиций. Среднее содержание меди в лопаточной части туш изменялось от 0 до 12,17 мг/кг, цинка – от 18,47 до 55,43 мг/кг, железа от 14,09 до 187,63 мг/кг, хрома от 0,19 до 0,29 мг/кг, селена от 0,09 до 0,14 мг/кг. Установлена определенная закономерность к повышению концентрации цинка и железа с возрастанием реализационной массы особей. Содержание витамина А в шпике хребтовом и боковом не зависело от массы животных, а витамин Е в шпике при проведении анализа был не выявлен.
