Доказательства необходимости разработки и реализации Государственной научно-технической Программы приоритетного сельхозмашиностроения | Evidence of the need for development and implementation of the state scientific and technical program of priority agricultural engineering

In the course of realized research it was proven that the most important resources of Belarusian agriculture are means of chemicalization of agriculture, including mineral and organic fertilizers, lime materials and pesticides, the level of use of which determines the effectiveness of all agriculture, and hence the livestock of the country. The reasons are shown due to which the potential of the named means of chemicalization is not fully realized, the main of which is the quantitative and qualitative discrepancy between the fleet of machines and the required volume of work. It is reported that in Belarus, domestic highly efficient complexes of such machines have been created, which were not previously produced in the country, without which none of the most outstanding achievements of agricultural and other sciences working for agriculture can be fully materialized. / В ходе проведенных исследований было доказано, что важнейшими ресурсами отечественного сельского хозяйства являются средства химизации сельского хозяйства, в том числе минеральные и органические удобрения, известковые материалы и пестициды, уровень использования которых определяет эффективность всего сельского хозяйства, а значит, и эффективность всего сельского хозяйства страны. Показаны причины, из-за которых потенциал названных средств химизации не реализуется в полной мере, основной из которых является количественное и качественное несоответствие парка машин необходимому объему работ. Сообщается, что в Беларуси созданы отечественные высокоэффективные комплексы таких машин, ранее не производившиеся в стране, без которых не может быть в полной мере реализовано ни одно из наиболее выдающихся достижений сельскохозяйственной и других наук, работающих на сельское хозяйство.
