Макетная установка граблей колесно-пальцевых с рабочими органами сдвоенного типа | Layout installation of wheel-finger rakes with working bodies of double type

The article presents general information, purpose, device, as well as the technological process of operation of a model installation of a wheel-finger rake with working bodies of a double type for swathing grass fodder. Based on the studied domestic and foreign scientific and technical information, the main design parameters of dual working bodies are substantiated and design documentation for a model installation of wheel-finger rakes with dual-type working bodies is developed. In order to study the process of swathing grass fodder, as well as to study the effectiveness of wheel-finger rakes with dual-type working bodies of RUE "SPC NAS of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization" in accordance with the developed design documentation, a model plant for raking (swathing) grass fodder was made. To achieve the set goal and solve the problems of these studies, laboratory and field experiments will be carried out at the harvesting of grass fodder on the basis of the economy of the Minsk region in accordance with the research scheme. / Представлены общие сведения, назначение, устройство, а также технологический процесс работы макетной установки граблей колесно-пальцевых с рабочими органами сдвоенного типа для валкования травяных кормов. На основе изученной отечественной и зарубежной научно-технической информации обоснованы основные конструктивные параметры сдвоенных рабочих органов и разработана конструкторская документация на макетную установку граблей колесно-пальцевых с рабочими органами сдвоенного типа. Для исследования процесса валкования травяных кормов, а также изучения эффективности граблей колесно-пальцевых с рабочими органами сдвоенного типа РУП «НПЦ НАН Беларуси по механизации сельского хозяйства» в соответствии с разработанной конструкторской документацией изготовлена макетная установка для сгребания (валкования) травяных кормов. Для достижения поставленной цели и решения задач данных исследований будут проведены лабораторно-полевые опыты на заготовке травяных кормов на базе хозяйства Минской области в соответствии со схемой исследований.
