We developed an immunoaffinity column-HPLC method for detection ochratoxin A (OTA) and B in coffee products using our OTB.2 monoclonal antibody. We collected the domestic commercial 48 roasted coffee, 30 instant coffee, and 53 drinking coffee samples and analyzed. In the roasted coffee, OTA was detected in 62.5% of samples. It's average is 0.18 ppb (ng/g). OTB was detected in 37.5% of samples. It's average is 0.07 ppb. In the instant coffee, OTA was detected in 73.3% of samples. It's average is 0.46 ppb. OTB was detected in 26.7% of samples. It's average is 0.22 ppb. In drinking coffee, OTA was detected in 86.6% of samples. It's average is 0.0077 ppb. OTB was detected in 0.036% of samples. It's average is 0.011 ppb. However, these concentration were compared on these 3 types coffee products drinking formula, roasted coffee (8.07 pg/mL) is higher than drinking coffee (6.67 pg/mL) and instant coffee (5.00 pg/mL).
