Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]Knowledge of climatic uncertainty needs to be communicated to the local level so that people are able to adapt. Local level institutions need to get involved so that environmental stress is not felt as only a household level problem. The presentation uses a “Livelihood Vulnerability Assessment” and documents the perceptions of local people in three areas regarding water availability, climatic changes, changes in agricultural practices and pests.
