Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]This presentation by the Grameen Foundation explains how AgroTech can provide an information and communications technology (ICT) platform that functions as an intermediary site between government and the private sector to support agricultural extension services. The platform is capable of maintaining and updating/upgrading mobile software, establishing an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and feedback system in key community radio stations as well as producing multimedia content. Radio-based and ICT interventions and strategies can help inform smallholder/low-income farmers about agricultural innovations and practices.
