Adaptation aux Changements Climatiques au MAROC (ACCMA) met to develop coastal management and sustainable climate change adaptation policies and plans. The workshop covered activities to date, discussion topics and a field trip. Presentations included: a vulnerability evaluation of coastal ecosystems; an approach towards education and communication about climate change; partial results obtained through a survey; climate impacts and their influence on natural constraints in the water sector; and Moroccan coastal zones and their vulnerability to sea level rise.
