Forecast of agricultural production volumes by 2035 | Прогноз объемов производства продукции сельского хозяйства к 2035 году

The study purpose is to substantiate the volume of production of the main types of agricultural products to ensure food security of the Russian population by 2035 under the conditions of sanctions restrictions. The forecast was made in accordance with the methodology developed at the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Agricultural Economics, which takes into account a set of factors affecting the production of agricultural products and the provision of food to the population. The impact of a decrease in the supply of imported agricultural machinery on production volumes in crop production and animal husbandry is analyzed. The forecast of production of the main types of agricultural products in crop and livestock production is calculated according to two scenarios: optimistic and pessimistic. As an optimistic version of the forecast assumes, it will be produced grain over 152 million tons, sugar beet 50 million tons, sunflower 21 million tons, vegetables 18 million tons, fruits 10 million tons, livestock and poultry in live weight 22 million tons, milk 53 million tons, eggs 56 billion pieces. The pessimistic version of the forecast assumes production of grain over 122 million tons, sugar beet 47 million tons, sunflower 16 million tons, vegetables 16 million tons, fruits 10 mil-lion tons, livestock and poultry in live weight 19 million tons, milk 36 million tons, eggs 56 billion pieces.

Цель исследования - обоснование объемов производства основных видов с.-х. продукции для обеспечения продовольственной безопасности населения России к 2035 г. в условиях санкционных ограничений. Прогноз выполнен в соответствии с разработанной в ФГБНУ ФНЦ ВНИИЭСХ методикой, учитывающей комплекс факторов, оказывающих влияние на производство продукции сельского хозяйства и обеспечение населения продовольствием. Проанализировано влияние снижения поставок импортной с.-х. техники на объемы производства в растениеводстве и животноводстве. Прогноз производства основных видов с.-х. продукции в растениеводстве и животноводстве рассчитан по двум сценариям: оптимистичному и пессимистичному. Оптимистичный вариант прогноза предполагает, что будет произведено зерна более 152 млн т, сахарной свеклы 50 млн т, подсолнечника 21 млн т, овощей 18 млн т, фруктов 10 млн т, скота и птицы в живом весе 22 млн т, молока 53 млн т, яиц 56 млрд шт. Пессимистичный вариант прогноза предполагает производство зерна более 122 млн т, сахарной свеклы 47 млн т, подсолнечника 16 млн т, овощей 16 млн т, фруктов 10 млн т, скота и птицы в живом весе 19 млн т, молока 36 млн т, яиц 56 млрд штук.
