The study relevance is justified by the need to search for potential opportunities that contribute to increasing the provision of the country's population with fruit and berry products of its own production, solving problems of food and technological independence. The research purpose is to identify the spatial concentration of the horticulture production subsector on the territory of the Russian Federation, to find ways to increase the level of consumption and self-sufficiency of domestic fruits in the Russian regions. Trend analysis of changes in indicators (the size of the area of perennial plantations, gross harvest) for 2015-2022 revealed a trend of unstable development of this sub-sector. The differentiation of indicators of the level of consumption and self-sufficiency of fruits in the con-text of Russian federal districts is reflected. Based on spatial autocorrelation methods, according to data for 2022, an assessment of the relationship between regions in terms of gross harvest of fruits and berries was carried out. It has been revealed that regions with a high specialization in horticulture have an impact on neighbouring regions. The heterogeneity of the industry's location across the country and its high dependence on natural and climatic conditions are noted. It is shown that the solution to the problem of providing each region with fruits largely depends on interregional cooperation and the development of the innovation sphere. The results of the study will improve the quality of decisions made in the field of territorial organization of economic activity and can be used in the creating of regional programs for the development of the horticulture subsector.

Необходим поиск потенциальных возможностей, способствующих повышению обеспеченности населения страны плодово-ягодной продукцией собственного производства, решения проблем продовольственной и технологической независимости. Цель исследования – выявление пространственной концентрации производства продукции подотрасли садоводства на территории Российской Федерации, поиск путей повышения уровня потребления и самообеспеченности отечественными фруктами в регионах. Трендовый анализ изменения показателей (размер площади многолетних насаждений, валовой сбор) за 2015-2022 гг. выявил тенденцию неустойчивого развития данной подотрасли. Отражена дифференциация показателей уровня потребления и самообеспеченности фруктами в разрезе федеральных округов. На основе методов пространственной автокорреляции, по данным за 2022 г., проведена оценка наличия взаимосвязи между регионами по валовому сбору плодов и ягод. Выявлено, что регионы с высокой специализацией садоводства оказывают влияние на соседние регионы. Отмечаются неоднородность размещения отрасли по территории страны и высокая зависимость от природно-климатических условий. Показано, что решение проблемы обеспеченности каждого региона фруктами во многом зависит от межрегионального взаимодействия и развития инновационной сферы. Результаты исследования позволят повысить качество принимаемых решений в вопросах территориальной организации экономической деятельности и могут быть использованы при разработке региональных программ развития подотрасли садоводства.
