Investigation of technical condition parameters of spray nozzles | Исследование параметров технического состояния распылителей дизельных форсунок

An analysis of the technical condition of multi-jet sprayers that came for repair of fuel equipment for tractor diesels shows that failures due to impaired needle mobility are typical for 27% of injectors, of which 17% are caused by metal setting, 10% by coking. The analysis of operational tests revealed that the highest rate of pressure reduction at the beginning of the spray needle rise is observed in the first 500-700 hours of engine operation. During the operation of the injectors, the tightness of the locking cone of the sprayer is violated, the needle of the sprayer freezes and wears out, the pressure drop at the beginning of injection, coking and wear of the spray holes of the sprayer, deterioration of the quality of fuel spraying occurs. Comparative accelerated bench tests were carried out to determine the wear resistance of the nozzle sprayers. At the Central Research and Design Institute of Fuel Equipment for Automotive and Stationary Engines there were developed an accelerated testing method that allows predicting the technical service life of sprayers. This makes it possible to compare the wear resistance estimates of experimental and serial spray nozzles. After 1000 hours of operation, the pressure continues to decrease, but the intensity of the decrease becomes less with increasing operating time. Studies have shown that the injectors fail mainly as a result of a decrease in the effective flow section and loss of tightness of the locking cone of the atomizer and jamming of the needle in the nozzle guide.

Анализ технического состояния многоструйных распылителей поступающей на ремонт топливной аппаратуры тракторных дизелей показывает, что отказы из-за нарушения подвижности иглы наблюдаются у 27% форсунок (17% обусловлены схватыванием металла, 10% – закоксовыванием). Вследствие анализа эксплуатационных испытаний было выявлено, что наибольшая скорость снижения давления начала подъема иглы распылителя наблюдается в первые 500-700 ч работы двигателя. В процессе эксплуатации форсунок нарушается герметичность запирающего конуса распылителя, происходит зависание и износ иглы распылителя, падение давления начала впрыска, закоксовывание и износ распыливающих отверстий распылителя, ухудшение качества распыливания топлива. Для определения износостойкости распылителей форсунок были проведены сравнительные ускоренные стендовые испытания. В Центральном научно-исследовательском и конструкторском институте топливной аппаратуры автотракторных и стационарных двигателей (ЦНИТА) был разработан метод ускоренных испытаний, позволяющий прогнозировать технический срок службы опрыскивателей. Это позволяет сравнивать оценки износостойкости экспериментальных и серийных распылителей форсунок. После 1000 ч работы давление продолжает снижаться, но интенсивность снижения с увеличением наработки уменьшается. Исследования показали, что форсунки выходят из строя, в основном, в результате снижения эффективного проходного сечения и потери герметичности запирающего конуса распылителя и заклинивание иглы в направляющей распылителей форсунок.
