Gestión de la seguridad y salud ocupacional de los estibadores en empresas formales del Puerto Henry, Iquitos-Loreto 2021

The present investigation was carried out in the District of Punchana in the Formalized Company Services Río Amazonas EIRL that provides merchandise stowage services in the Henry Private Port, with the objective of evaluating the conditions of the state of compliance with the SG-SST in stowage work. . It is an investigation of the observational, analytical, transversal type; the SG-SST guidelines checklist was used, with its dimensions, indicators and evaluation scores to determine the level of implementation of the SG-SST based on the directives of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) . The results allow us to conclude: that the best percentage results of implementation of the SG-SST of the formalized stevedoring company Services Río Amazonas achieved in the guideline: Implementation and operation with 52% and also in the Verification of the implementation with 45.65%. Meanwhile, the lowest percentage results in implementation were obtained in the guideline on Occupational health and safety policies with 25%, as well as in the Planning and application guideline with 26.5%. The final assessment of compliance with the implemented SG-SST is 192 out of 456 points, giving a global average of 38% compliance and achieving a LOW level of implementation. Therefore, the alternate hypothesis is rejected and the null hypothesis of this study is accepted, that is, the formalized stevedoring company Services Río Amazonas, which provides stevedoring services in Puerto Henry, does not comply with national safety and health standards in the job.

La presente investigación se realizó en el distrito de Punchana en la Empresa Formalizada Servicios Río Amazonas EIRL que presta servicios de estiba de mercadería en el Puerto Privado Henry, con el objetivo de evaluar las condiciones del estado de cumplimiento del SG-SST en trabajo de estiba. Es una investigación del tipo observacional, analítico, transversal; se utilizó la lista de verificación de lineamientos del SG-SST, con sus dimensiones, indicadores y puntajes de evaluación para determinar el nivel de implementación del SG-SST en base a las directivas del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE) . Los resultados permiten concluir: que los mejores resultados porcentuales de implementación del SG-SST de la empresa formalizada de estiba Servicios Río Amazonas logró en el lineamiento: Implementación y operación con un 52 % y asimismo en la Verificación de la implementación con un 45.65 %. Mientras, que los más bajos resultados porcentuales en la implementación se obtuvieron en el lineamiento sobre Políticas de seguridad y salud ocupacional con un 25 %, al igual que en el lineamiento Planeamiento y aplicación con un 26.5 %. La valoración final de cumplimiento del SG-SST implementado, es de 192 de 456 puntos, dando un promedio global del 38 % de cumplimiento y logrando un nivel de implementación BAJO. Por lo cual se rechaza la hipótesis alterna y se acepta la hipótesis nula del presente estudio, es decir, la empresa formaliza de estiba Servicios Río Amazonas que presta servicios de estiba en el Puerto Henry, no cumple con las normas nacionales de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
