Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]In order to determine the active root zones in o1ives trees, 32p was used at different distances from the tree trunks and at different soi1 depths, in an orchard under dtip irrigation. Results obtained show that the most active roots are situated within a soil volume from the trunk to 50-60 cm distance and above 100 cm depth, in the zone wetted by the dripper.
