There were compared the spectra of antimicrobial activity of bacteria associated with soil invertebrates of different trophic groups (saprophages, phytophages, predators), to assess the prospects of these substrates for the isolation of bacteria that are potential biopesticide agents. An integral quantitative indicator of the antimicrobial activity of a microorganism determined by the agar diffusion method is suggested. It is the sum of the lengths of the inhibition zones (mm) in all test cultures of microorganisms. It was found that the strength of antagonism in bacterial strains isolated from the soil litter and intestines of saprophagous invertebrates is higher than that isolated from plants, intestines of phytophages and predators. It is noted that the intestines of saprophages and litter are more suitable for searching for potential bacterial components of biopesticides. It has been established that strains isolated from the intestines of saprophages and phytophages differ from strains isolated from their feed substrate by greater antagonism to intestinal bacteria (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus). Strains isolated from plants have distinctive features from strains isolated from phytophages by greater antagonism to plant-associated bacteria (Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Micrococcus luteus).

Сравнивали спектры антимикробной активности бактерий, ассоциированных с почвенными беспозвоночными животными разных трофических групп (сапрофаги, фитофаги, хищники), с целью оценки перспективности этих субстратов для выделения бактерий – агентов биопестицидов. Предложен интегральный количественный показатель антимикробной активности микроорганизма, определенной методом диффузии в агар: сумма длин зон подавления (мм) на всех тест-культурах микроорганизмов. Установлено, что сила антагонизма у штаммов бактерий, выделенных из почвенной подстилки и кишечника беспозвоночных животных-сапрофагов выше, чем выделенных с растений, кишечников фитофагов и хищников. Отмечено, что для поиска потенциальных бактериальных компонентов биопестицидов более подходящим является кишечник сапрофагов и подстилка. Установлено, что штаммы, выделенные из кишечников сапрофагов и фитофагов, отличаются относительно штаммов, выделенных из их кормового субстрата, большим антагонизмом к кишечным бактериям (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus). Штаммы, выделенные с растений, имеют отличительные особенности от штаммов, выделенных из фитофагов, большим антагонизмом к бактериям, ассоциированным с растениями (Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Micrococcus luteus).
