Estudio de verificación del cumplimiento del plan de manejo ambiental del relleno sanitario de la mancomunidad Pujili – Saquisili de provincia de Cotopaxi.

The case study was carried out in the City of Pujilì at the Pujili - Saquisilì Community Landfill, in the project to verify compliance with the Pujili - Saquisili Community landfill Environmental Management Plan, which is located in the neighborhood Oriente, of the canton Pujilì, being the main objective, the application of an environmental audit of compliance with the Environmental Management Plan that was carried out based on current environmental regulations, and at the same time an analysis was applied to each program of the current Environmental Management Plan in this project, which allows us to disseminate the current situation in which environmental management is based on the results that were obtained after the audit. The first thing that was proceeded was the diagnosis of the current situation of the project, for which it was carried out, field trips, talks with the workers and bibliographic review to obtain the most relevant information of the project, after having finished the diagnosis, it began with the analysis of each of the programs stipulated in the Environmental Management Plan, through a check-list, bibliographic review and field trips, which allowed obtaining data from the programs established in the Environmental Management Plan, in which are not fully complied with the provisions of the law. It was concluded with a list of minor nonconformities (NC-) that are present in the Environmental Management Plan that the project has.

El estudio de caso se realizó en la Ciudad de Pujilì en el Relleno Sanitario de la Mancomunidad Pujili – Saquisilì , en el proyecto de verificacion de cumplimiento del Plan de Manejo Ambiental de relleno sanitario de la mancomunidad Pujili – Saquisili el cual se encuentra ubicado el barrio Oriente, del cantón Pujilì, siendo como objetivo principal, la aplicación de una auditoría ambiental de cumplimiento al Plan de Manejo Ambiental que realizó en base a la normativa ambiental vigente, y a la vez se aplicó un análisis a cada programa del Plan de Manejo Ambiental vigente en dicho proyecto, lo cual nos permite difundir la situación actual en la que se encuentra el manejo ambiental en base a los resultados que se obtuvieron luego de la realización de la auditoria. Lo primero que se procedió, fue el diagnóstico de la situación actual del proyecto, para lo cual se realizó , salidas de campo, charlas con los trabajadores y revisión bibliográfica para obtener la información más relevante del proyecto, luego de haber terminado el diagnóstico se comenzó con el análisis a cada uno de los programas estipulados en el Plan de Manejo Ambiental, mediante un Check-list, la revisión bibliográfica y las salidas de campo, los mismos que permitieron obtener datos de los programas establecidos en el Plan de Manejo Ambiental , en los cuales no se cumplen en su totalidad con lo establecido en la ley. Se concluyó con un listado de no conformidades menores (NC-) que se encuentran presentes en el Plan de Manejo Ambiental con el que cuenta el proyecto.
