최근 네트워크의 트래픽은 빠르게 증가하고 변화하고 있지만, 이를 처리하는 프로토콜은 이에 유동적으로 대응하지 못하고 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해, 소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹(SDN) 아키텍처가 소개되었다. 트래픽 경로를 지정하는 Control Plane과 실제 데이터를 포워딩하는 Data Plane이 나뉜 소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹 아키텍처에서는 플로우 단위로 데이터를 관리한다. 플로우 단위의 관리는 네트워크 관리자들에게 더 유연한 네트워크 운용을 가능하게 했다. 그러나 SDN 아키텍처를 이용하더라도, 셀 수 없이 많은 플로우가 유동적으로 흐르는 네트워크를 수학적으로 모델링하고 최적으로 대응하는 것은 매우 힘들다. 그러므로 최근에는 이러한 수학적인 모델링을 AI의 힘을 빌려 해결하려는 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. <br> <br> 네트워크 분야의 경우, 연구를 위해 네트워크 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 실제의 테스트베드를 대체한다. 그러나 현재 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 SDN과 AI를 연계하는 실험을 진행하는 것에는 제약사항들이 존재한다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 Riverbed Modeler를 이용한 시뮬레이션에서 SDN과 AI를 쉽게 연계할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안한다. <br> <br> 기존의 SDN/AI 연계 라우팅 최적화 논문들의 경우, 라우팅 경로 최적화를 위해 단일 코스트 매트릭스를 운용한다. 이 경우, 라우팅 경로를 완벽히 최적화하지 못하는 상황이 발생할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 다중 코스트 매트릭스를 통해 기존 한계점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

Whereas network traffic is increasing and changing, current networking technologies don’t cope with such traffic flexibly. To solve this problem, SDN Architecture <br>is introduced. In a software-defined networking architecture in which the control <br>plane that specifies traffic routes and the data plane that forwards actual data are <br>divided, data is managed in units of flows. This Flow unit management has enabled <br>network administrators to operate network more flexibly. However, even when using <br>SDN architecture, it is very difficult to mathematically model and Respond to a network optimally. Therefore, recently many studies have been conducted to solve this <br>mathematical modeling by using the power of AI. <br>In the case of the computer network filed, network simulators are used for research <br>instead of the actual testbed. However, there are some limitations in conducting <br>experiments that use SDN with AI in current simulators. Therefore, in this paper, <br>we propose a framework that can easily use SDN/AI in Riverbed Modeler simulator. <br>In addition, in the case of current SDN/AI routing optimization researches, only <br>one cost matrix is used for routing optimization. However, in this case, the routing <br>path is not completely optimized. Therefore, in this thesis, we propose a method <br>using Multiple Cost Matrix so that we can optimize more than previous works.
