abstractPL: Celem niniejszej rozprawy doktorskiej było określenie, jakie zmiany jakościowe i ilościowe zachodzą w składzie podścieliska łącznotkankowego poszczególnych elementów aparatu zastawki mitralnej w przebiegu doświadczalnie wywołanej tachykardiomiopatii oraz zbadanie wpływu tych zmian na czynność zastawki mitralnej i nici ścięgnistych i porównanie ich względem siebie.
