Wpływ temperatury i lignosulfonianów na skład chemiczny, rozpuszczalność azotu i strawność in vitro makuchu rzepakowego

Celem badań było określenie wpływu temperatury i lignosulfonianów (LSO3) różnego pochodzenia na przydatność paszową makuchu rzepakowego (RSC) dla przeżuwaczy oznaczoną przy użyciu testów in vitro. Próbki RSC bez dodatku lub z dodatkiem LSO3 różnego pochodzenia (5 rodzajów) stosowanym w ilości 2,5 lub 5% suchej masy ogrzewano w suszarce przewiewowej w temperaturze 90, 110 lub 140oC przez 60 minut. W reprezentatywnych próbkach oznaczono skład chemiczny, rozpuszczalność azotu metodą Licitra i in. (1996) oraz rzeczywistą strawność in vitro (IVTD, Ankom 2013). Niezależnie od ilości oraz pochodzenia zastosowanego dodatku LSO3 ogrzewanie RSC powodowało istotne (P<0,05) zmiany rozpuszczalności azotu oraz IVTD. Bez względu na temperaturę ogrzewania zastosowany dodatek LSO3 zmniejszał rozpuszczalność azotu oraz powodował zmiany w składzie chemicznym uzyskanych produktów.

anglais. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of heat- or lignosulfonate-treatment of rapeseed cake (RSC) on its nutritive usefulness for ruminants using in vitro methods. Samples of RSC were heated in oven with forced air circulation without any additive or with lignosulfonates (LSO3, 5 different origins) supplementation at 2 dosages (2.5 or 5% of dry matter) and then heated at 90, 110 or 140oC for 60 minutes. In representative samples chemical composition, nitrogen solubility by Licitra et al. (1996) method and in vitro true digestibility (IVTD, Ankom method 2013) were determined. Regardless of the proportion and the origin of LSO3 heating of RSC caused statistically significant (P<0.05) changes in their N solubility and IVTD digestibility. Irrespective of temperature of heating supplementation of LSO3 reduced N solubility and made changes in the chemical composition of RSC.
