Methodology for reporting the maximum water costs of floods on hydrologically unstudied rivers.

The presented accounting methodology of the genetic theory of the formation of floods caused by rains is obtained as a result of the analysis of empirical formulas and practical observations. In the proposed formulas, the main emphasis is placed on the accuracy of determining the values of the parameters included in it. Reporting approaches were developed through the processing and analysis of numerous materials. With the help of the presented analytical images, it is possible to expeditiously, because of their correction on the spot, get the quantitative values of real speeds, precipitation, and runoff coefficient for specific cases and make a forecast about the expected water consumption because of the calculations. The proposed methodology is based on empirical formulas and analysis of calculations obtained because of practical observations. Based on this methodology, it is possible to determine the water consumption at any point in time. The general image of the received formula is similar to classical genetic formulas. To obtain the accuracy of the calculation, the main emphasis is shifted to determining the accuracy of the parameters included in it, which was achieved through the processing and analysis of numerous materials. The given images are adjusted because of obtaining the latest materials for the study basin. Materials are received and processed based on the latest materials obtained by hydrometeorological observation.
