anglais. Improvement of working bodies for agricultural machinery plays an important role in increasing the efficiency of production. The surfacing of reinforcing rollers during the hardening of parts significantly changes the profile of the contact surface with the soil, and makes adjustments to the behavior of force factors acting on the part during its movement. The profile ceases to be flat, so there is an increase in the resulting resistance force to the movement of the working body, especially when plowing heavy soils. To determine the increase in this force, the movement of soil particles around the roller is analyzed. In the course of the study, the issue of determining the resistance force to the movement of a soil particle along the surface of a reinforcing roller, in view of its wear and its speed of movement, is considered. The object of the study is the working body of a chisel plow, made in the form of a chisel. The aim of the study is to increase the durability of the working bodies of chisel tools by optimizing their geometric parameters. The research methods are based on the theoretical justification of the proposed measures carried out using the classical laws of agricultural mechanics, applied mechanics, and the theory of vibrations of solids. The processes of interaction of soil particles with the surface of the working body of the chisel, reinforced with transverse and longitudinal reinforcement rollers, are considered. The use of cross-reinforced rollers made of surfaced material as hardening is not advisable from an energy point of view, since it leads to an increase in the resistance force to the movement of the working body. Mathematical dependences are obtained that allow estimating the increase in the resistance force. Criteria conditions were obtained to avoid sticking of soil particles between longitudinal reinforcing rollers. An analytical equation of the optimal trajectory of the soil particle along the surface of the reinforcement roller is obtained, which allows obtaining its geometric dimensions.

russe. Совершенствование рабочих органов для с.-х. техники играет важную роль в повышении эффективности производства. Наплавка армирующих валиков при упрочнении деталей существенным образом меняет профиль поверхности контакта с почвой, внося коррективы в поведение силовых факторов, действующих на деталь при ее перемещении. Профиль перестает быть плоским, поэтому наблюдается рост результирующей силы сопротивления движению рабочего органа, особенно при вспашке тяжелых почв. Для определения увеличения этой силы проанализировали движение частиц почвы, огибающей валик. В процессе исследования рассмотрен вопрос определения силы сопротивления перемещению частицы почвы по поверхности армирующего валика с учетом его изнашивания и ее скорости движения. Объект исследования: рабочий орган чизельного плуга, выполненный в виде долота. Цель исследования - повышение долговечности рабочих органов чизельных орудий за счет оптимизации их геометрических параметров. Методы исследования базируются на теоретическом обосновании предложенных мер, выполненных с применением классических законов земледельческой механики, прикладной механики, теории колебаний твердых тел. Рассмотрены процессы взаимодействия частиц почвы с поверхностью рабочего органа долота, упрочненной поперечными и продольными армировочными валиками. Использование в качестве упрочнения поперечно-армированных валиков из наплавляемого материала нецелесообразно с энергетической точки зрения, т.к. приводит к увеличению силы сопротивления движению рабочего органа. Получены математические зависимости, позволяющие оценить прирост силы сопротивления. Получены критериальные условия, позволяющие избежать залипания частиц почвы между продольными армирующими валиками. Получено аналитическое уравнение оптимальной траектории движения частицы почвы по поверхности армировочного валика, позволяющее получить его геометрические размеры.
