The effect of Biferon-B and Enrofloxavetferon-B on the microbiota of utero-vaginal secretions of cows with endometritis | Влияние Биферона-Б и Энрофлоксаветферона-Б на микробиоту маточно-вагинальных выделений коров, больных эндометритом

anglais. Endometritis is one of the most common cattle diseases leading to reproductive dysfunction. The disease is associated with disorders of the microbial balance in the uterine cavity, contamination by pathogenic microflora, therefore antimicrobial agents are used for the prevention and treatment of endometritis, which leads to the appearance of antibiotic resistance. The effect of alternative drugs based on bovine recombinant interferon on the bacterial composition of utero-vaginal secretions of cows with acute postpartum purulent-catarrhal endometritis was studied. The following dominant species of pathogenic bacteria were found in sick cows by high-throughput sequencing: Porphyromonas levii, Bacteroides heparinolyticus, Fusobacterium necrophorum and others. Sick cows were injected intramuscularly with Viferon-B (1st group) and Enrofloxavetferon-B (2nd group) at a dose of 20 mL with an interval of 24 hours for 5 days. The study of microflora was carried out on the 1st and 7th days after drug administration. On the first days in cows of the 1st group an increase in the number of Caviibacter abscessus, Mycoplasmopsis californica and Histophilus somni was observed; in cows of the 2nd group P. levii, F. necrophorum, Porphyromonas SGB1893, Treponema pedis, Porphyromonas SGB1982 and Bacteroidota. Statistically significant (p less than 0.05) differences were revealed in the number of Porphyromonas SGB1983 abundance before therapy (0.9%) and after therapy (9.6%). On the 7-th day a tendency of decrease in the number of the following bacteria was revealed: in cows of the 1st group - P. levii, M. californica, Bacteroides heparinolyticus and Trueperella pyogenes; in cows of the 2nd group - B. heparinolyticus, T. pyogenes and M. californica. The data obtained expand the idea about etiology of acute postpartum purulent-catarrhal endometritis of cows and influence of preparations based on species-specific interferons on the disease course.

russe. Эндометрит - одно из самых распространенных заболеваний крупного рогатого скота, приводящее к нарушению воспроизводительной функции. Заболевание связано с нарушениями микробного баланса полости матки, контаминацией патогенной микрофлорой, поэтому для профилактики и лечения эндометрита используются противомикробные средства, что приводит к появлению антибиотикорезистетности. Исследовали влияние альтернативных препаратов на основе бычьего рекомбинантного интерферона на состав бактерий маточно-вагинальных выделений коров, больных острым послеродовым гнойно-катаральным эндометритом. У больных коров методом высокопроизводительного секвенирования обнаружены следующие доминирующие виды патогенных бактерий: Porphyromonas levii, Bacteroides heparinolyticus, Fusobacterium necrophorum и др. Больным коровам внутримышечно вводили "Биферон-Б" (1-я гр.) и "Энрофлоксаветферон-Б" (2-я гр.) в дозе 20 мл с интервалом 24 ч в течение 5 дн. Исследование микрофлоры проводили на 1-е и 7-е сут после введения препаратов. На 1-е сут у коров 1-й гр. отмечали рост численности Caviibacter abscessus, Mycoplasmopsis californica и Histophilus somni; у коров 2-й гр.: P. levii, F. necrophorum, Porphyromonas SGB1893, Treponema pedis, Porphyromonas SGB1982 и Bacteroidota. Выявлены статистически достоверные (p меньше 0,05) различия численности Porphyromonas SGB1983 до терапии (0,9%) и после терапии (9,6%). На 7-е сут выявлена тенденция снижения численности следующих бактерий: у коров 1-й гр. - P. levii, M. californica, B. heparinolyticus и Trueperella pyogenes; у коров 2-й гр. - B. heparinolyticus, T. pyogenes и M. californica. Полученные данные расширяют представление об этиологии острого послеродового гнойно-катарального эндометрита коров и влиянии препаратов на основе видоспецифичных интерферонов на течение этого заболевания.
