Almost every year, settlements located in the floodplain of the Pechora River are negatively affected by water. The most serious material damage is caused to these settlements as a result of their flooding during the passage of the spring flood. To protect them from flooding, it was necessary to develop scientifically sound recommendations based on a comprehensive study.
