russe. Повышение энергоэффективности и внедрение энергосберегающих технологий становится первоочередной задачей для большинства национальных экономик развитых стран и СНГ. Наиболее затратной в структуре себестоимости выработки и реализации тепловой энергии в организациях ЖКХ сельских территорий является топливная составляющая. Настоящий инвестиционный проект предназначен для организации производства биотоплива – топливной щепы из энергетической вербы (быстрорастущей древесной культуры) для мини-ТЭЦ (котельных), работающих на твердых видах топлива. По предварительным расчетам, по соизмеримой теплотворной способности в сочетании с ценовым фактором щепа, производимая из энергетической вербы, по сравнению с природным газом, дизельным топливом и мазутом является наиболее конкурентоспособным видом топлива в Кобринском районе Брестской области. Осуществление рассматриваемого инвестиционного проекта позволит создать законченный производственный цикл от выращивания исходного сырья (быстрорастущих растений энергетической вербы) до их переработки с получением конкурентоспособной продукции — местного биотоплива для полного обеспечения новых и модернизируемых котельных Кобринского района Брестской области общей мощностью 29 МВт и товарной продукции топливной щепы из энергетической вербы для ее реализации на внутреннем рынке Республики Беларусь и внешних рынках.

anglais. An increase in energy efficiency and introduction of energy-saving technologies is becoming a priority for most national economies of developed countries and the CIS. The most expensive component in the cost structure of heat generation and sales in housing and communal services organizations in rural areas is the fuel component. This investment project is designed to organize the production of biofuel - fuel chips from energy willow (a fast-growing tree crop) for mini-CHPs (boiler houses) operating on solid fuels. According to preliminary calculations, in terms of comparable calorific value in combination with the price factor, chips produced from energy willow, compared to natural gas, diesel fuel and fuel oil, are the most competitive type of fuel in the Kobrin district of the Brest region. The implementation of the investment project under consideration will allow the creation of a complete production cycle from the cultivation of raw materials (fast-growing energy willow plants) to their processing with the production of competitive products – local biofuel for the full supply of new and modernized boiler houses in the Kobrin district of the Brest region with a total capacity of 29 MW and commercial products of fuel chips from energy willow for its sale on the domestic market of the Republic of Belarus and foreign markets.
