В издании представлены результаты мониторинга национальной продовольственной безопасности Республики Беларусь по итогам 2023 г., выполненного в соответствии с постановлением Совета Министров Республики Беларусь от 15 декабря 2017 г. № 962 "О Доктрине национальной продовольственной безопасности Республики Беларусь до 2030 года". Проведено комплексное исследование тенденций мирового рынка продовольствия, проанализированы достигнутые критерии физической, экономической доступности и качества продовольствия на внутреннем рынке Республики Беларусь. Обоснован комплекс мероприятий по укреплению национальной продовольственной безопасности в условиях развития интеграционных процессов в рамках Союзного государства, ЕАЭС, СНГ, ШОС.

The publication presents the results of monitoring the national food security of the Republic of Belarus for 2023, carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated December 15, 2017 No. 962 "On the Doctrine of National Food Security of the Republic of Belarus until 2030". A comprehensive study of global food market trends was conducted, the achieved criteria of physical, economic availability and quality of food in the domestic market of the Republic of Belarus were analyzed. A set of measures to strengthen national food security in the context of the development of integration processes within the Union State, the EAEU, the CIS, and the SCO was substantiated.
