This work aimed to present different methods for conservation of the environment and use of natural resources available to all, showing alternative consumption ways without harming the need or to change the quality of life, keeping the rationality of the residential consumption. The new attitudes of consumption join new forms of destination for the residential waste; thus this work shows different alternative practices that brings good results on social, environmental and economic fields according to monitored and collected data along of 16 years in the residence. So, is expected the societys understanding on the need of new attitudes on management of consumption necessary to life.
