Both a brief outline of the requirement for training mandated by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) and Cornell University Council prior to use of the BigFoot plastics baler or comparable equipment under the auspices of the Recycling Agricultural Plastics Project/Program (RAPP) or RAPP Partners AND the legally binding liability release required of trainees.
