Evaluation of a promising potato hybrid material in terms of plasticity, genotype stability and resistance to pathogens | Оценка перспективного гибридного материала картофеля по пластичности, стабильности генотипа и устойчивости к патогенам

The prospective hybrid material was evaluated according to the parameters of adaptability and stability of the genotype, as well as the presence of markers of resistance genes to potato Y-virus, potato X-virus, golden potato nematode, pale nematode and potato cancer in the agroclimatic conditions of the Samara region. The research was carried out in the fields of the Samara Scientific Research Agriculture Institute in contrasting cultivation conditions in 2021-2023. Hybrids with maximum yield and characterized by low variability of this trait have been identified. Promising hybrids combining high productivity with genotype stability have been identified based on the indicator of the breeding value of the genotype. The best hybrids were 2581-1 (25,42) and 2537-6 (24,94). At the same time, the hybrid 2537-6 has the maximum value of the overall adaptive ability, and the hybrid 2581-1 among the studied genotypes is characterized by an optimal combination of adaptability and stability indicators. It was found that hybrid 2587-4 contains the YES3-3A marker in the genotype, indicating the presence of a gene of immunity to potato Y-virus Rysto. All the samples studied contain three markers of the H1 gene for resistance to golden potato nematode (TG-689, 57R and N195) and the Sen 1 marker showing the presence of the NL 25 potato cancer resistance gene. The hybrid of intensive type 2587-4, which is a donor of immunity to potato Y-virus, and the ecologically plastic hybrid 2581-1 have high breeding value.

Проведена оценка перспективного гибридного материала по параметрам адаптивности и стабильности генотипа, а также наличию маркеров генов устойчивости к Y-вирусу картофеля, Х-вирусу картофеля, золотистой картофельной нематоде, бледной нематоде и раку картофеля в агроклиматических условиях Самарской области. Исследования проводили на полях Самарского НИИСХ - филиала СамНЦ РАН в контрастные по условиям возделывания 2021-2023 годы. Выявлены гибриды с максимальной урожайностью, а также характеризующиеся низкой вариабельностью этого признака. На основе показателя селекционной ценности генотипа выявлены перспективные гибриды, сочетающие высокую продуктивность со стабильностью генотипа. Лучшими оказались гибриды 2581-1 (СЦГ = 25,42) и 2537-6 (СЦГ = 24,94). При этом гибрид 2537-6 имеет максимальное значение общей адаптивной способности, а гибрид 2581-1 среди изученных генотипов характеризуется оптимальным сочетанием показателей адаптивности и стабильности. Установлено, что гибрид 2587-4 содержит в генотипе маркер YES3-3A, указывающий на наличие гена иммунитета к Y-вирусу картофеля Rysto. Все исследованные образцы содержат три маркера гена Н1 устойчивости к золотистой картофельной нематоде (TG-689, 57R и N195) и маркер Sen 1, показывающий наличие гена устойчивости к раку картофеля NL 25. Высокой селекционной ценностью обладают гибрид интенсивного типа 2587-4, являющийся донором иммунитета к Y-вирусу картофеля, и экологически пластичный гибрид 2581-1.
