russe. Приведены результаты изучения влияния агротехнических мероприятий на показатели биологической активности чернозема южного. Впервые в Поволжье выявлено содержание углерода в почвенных микроорганизмах в зависимости от агротехнических фонов. Обоснованы агротехнические приемы, позволяющие регулировать биологическое состояние почвы в засушливой степи Нижнего Поволжья.

For the first time in the Volga region, the carbon content in soil microorganisms is revealed, de-pending on agrotechnical backgrounds. The agrotechnical methods that allow regulating the biological state of the soil in the arid steppe of the Lower Volga region are substantiated.
