abstractPL: W niniejszej pracy pod tytułem ,,Realizacja strategii rozwoju gminy na przykładzie Gminy Wińsko" , przedstawiona została strategia rozwoju Gminy Wińsko w latach 2010-2015 oraz ocena realizacji owej strategii.Przedstawiono ogólną charakterystykę pojęcia samorządu terytorialnego,strategii oraz procedure tworzenia strategii rozwoju. Ponadto scharakteryzowano dokładnie Gminę Wińsko.Głównym celem pracy była ocena poziomu realizacji Strategii Rozwoju Gminy Wińsko w latach 2010-2015. W ramach prowadzonych badań dokonano skrupulatnej ewaluacji poszczególnych elementów ( celów strategicznych,celów operacyjnych, zadań priorytetowych) Strategii Rozwoju Gminy Wińsko w latach 2010-2015.W procesie ewaluacji Strategii Rozwoju Gminy Wińsko na lata 2010-2015 wykorzystano następujące źródła informacji i narzędzia badawcze:tekst źródłowy strategii rozwoju lokalnego gminy Wińsko na lata 2010-2015 wraz z jej aktualizacjami,dane statystyczne GUS z banku danych regionalnych,informacje ze strony internetowej urzędu gminy Wińsko. Otrzymane wyniki ewaluacji zostały szczegółowo uzasadnione.

abstractEN: In this master thesis titled ,,Implementation of the development strategy of the community on the example of the Commune Wińsko " ,the strategy of the development of the commune of Wińsko in the years 2010-2015 was presented and evaluation of the implementation of the strategy was presented.The general characteristics of the concept of local government, the strategy and the procedure for developing the development strategy are presented.In addition, Gmina Wińsko was characterized in detail. The main aim of the study was to assess the level of implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Wińsko Commune in the years 2010-2015.Within the framework of the conducted research, the elements (strategic objectives, operational objectives, priority tasks) of the Wińsko Commune Development Strategy in the years 2010-2015 were meticulously evaluated.The following sources of information and research tools were used in the process of evaluation of the Wińsko Commune Development Strategy in the years 2010-2015: source text of local development strategy of Wińsko commune for 2010-2015 with its updates, statistical data from GUS from regional data bank,information from the website of the Wińsko municipality.The results of the evaluation have been well justified.
