bulgare. Целта на настоящето проучване е да определим динамиката на бета-лизиновата активност в кръвния серум на някои преживни животни преди и след раждането. Установено е, че бета-лизините се увеличават постепенно с напредването на бременността при големите и при малките преживни животни. Максимална активност се наблюдава няколко дни преди и до 5-ия ден след раждането, след което серумните нива на бета-лизин намаляват рязко. Тези данни показват, че бета-лизините се увеличават в стресови ситуации и участват в поддържането на хомеостазата на организма при различни животни. Все още не е изследвана достатъчно тяхната антибактериална функция.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. Beta-lysin activity of cow, sheep, and goat blood serum during the pregnancy period and the firstdays post birth is studied. It is established that beta-lysin activity increases gradually as the pregnancy progresses in both large and small ruminants. The maximum activity is observed several days before and up to the 5th day post birth, after which serum beta-lysin levels decrease sharply. These data show that beta-lysins increase their activity in stress situations and partake in maintaining the organism’s homeostasis in various animals. It is possible that their as yet unstudied role has amuch greater significance than their antibacterial functions.
