Use Of Geographical Information Systems in International Electricity Demand: Europe-Turkey Comparison With Delphi Technique | Uluslararası Elektrik Enerjisi Talebinde Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri Kullanımı: Delphi Tekniğiyle Avrupa-Türkiye Karşılaştırması

In this study, the effects of GIS on the generation and demand of electrical energy were investigated using the Delphi technique. In the first round of the study, classical questions prepared on the subject were sent to the experts and their opinions were taken. The 15 prepared questions were sent to the relevant persons in Turkiye and abroad. In line with the answers given in the first round, survey questions were prepared for the second round and evaluated with a Likert scale. As a result of the second round of the Delphi survey conducted in Turkiye, the consensus was achieved in 167 qualification criteria, namely 75.22%, and in 156 competency criteria, ie 70.27%, as a result of the survey applied abroad. Accordingly, it was not deemed necessary to go to the 3rd round. The findings obtained within the scope of the research were found by analyzing with the SPSS program. In line with the results of the research, the effects of GIS on electricity energy production and demand in Turkey and Europe were revealed.

Bu çalışmada CBS’nin, elektrik enerjisinin üretimine ve talebine etkileri Delphi tekniği kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın ilk turunda uzmanlara konuyla ilgili hazırlanmış klasik sorular gönderilerek görüşleri alınmıştır. Hazırlanan 15 soru Türkiye ve yurtdışında ‘CBS ve Elektrik Enerjisi’ ile ilgili çalışmaları olan akademisyenler veya enerji sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmalarda çalışan uzmanlara gönderilmiştir. İlk turda verilen cevaplar doğrultusunda 2. tur için anket soruları hazırlanmıştır. İkinci turdaki anket Likert ölçeği ile değerlendirilmiştir. Türkiye’de yapılan ikinci tur Delphi anketinin sonucunda 167 tane yeterlilik kriterinde görüş birliği diğer bir ifadeyle %75,22 oranında uzlaşma sağlanırken, yurtdışına uygulanan anketin sonucunda 156 tane yeterlilik kriterinde görüş birliği yani %70,27 oranında uzlaşma sağlanmıştır. Buna göre 3. tura gidilmesine gerek görülmemiştir. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen veriler ise SPSS programı ile analiz edilerek işlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçları doğrultusunda Türkiye ve Avrupa’nın elektrik enerjisi üretiminde ve talebinde CBS’nin etkileri ortaya çıkarılmıştır.
