Influence of laser radiation on α-amylase activity in grain of different triticale genotypes | Wpływ światła lasera na aktywność α-amylazy w ziarniakach różnych genotypów pszenżyta

anglais. The aim of the investigation was to determine whether pre-sowing laser biostimulation affects α-amylase activity in seeds. Material consisted of three tricicale cultivars: Migo (spring form), Presto and Tornado (winter forms). In the control and irradiated grains (semi-conducted laser light) α-amylase activity was determined after 24, 48 and 72 hours. In all the triticale cultivars the influence of laser biostimulation was manifested after 72 hours, when significant increase in α-amylase activity was observed in the irradiated grains. Reaction of triticale cultivars to laser radiation was differentiated.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]polonais. W pracy podjęto próby ustalenia czy przedsiewna biostymulacja laserowa może być czynnikiem zmieniającym aktywność α-amylazy w nasionach. Obiektem badań były trzy odmiany pszenżyta: Migo (forma jara) oraz Presto i Tornado (formy ozime). W ziarniakach kontrolnych i napromieniowanych światłem lasera półprzewodnikowego oceniano aktywność α-amylazy w kiełkujących nasionach. Ocenę aktywności tego enzymu dokonywano po 24, 48 i 72 godzinach. U wszystkich badanych odmian pszenżyta wpływ biostymulacji laserowej ujawniał się po 72 godzinach, gdzie obserwowano istotne zwiększenie aktywności α-amylazy w ziarniakach napromieniowanych. Reakcja odmian pszenżyta na promieniowanie laserowe była zróżnicowana.
