Efeito de fitase em dietas de frangos de corte sobre coeficientes de digestibilidade aparente ileal.

Com o propósito de melhor compreender a resposta da enzima fitase em dietas simples (milho e farelo de soja) e complexas (milho, farelo de soja e farelo de trigo) sobre os coeficientes de digestibilidade aparente ileal (CDAI) em frangos de corte, foram alojadas 384 aves, distribuídas em quatro tratamentos em um arranjo fatorial 2x2 em delineamento de blocos casualizados com oito repetições e 12 aves por unidade experimental. Os tratamentos foram: T1 - dieta basal sem fitase; T2 ? dieta basal com 500 FTU/kg de fitase; T3 ? 20% farelo de trigo, sem fitase; T4 ? 20% farelo de trigo, com 500 FTU/kg de fitase. Para efeitos isolados, foi observado efeito da fitase para o CDAI na matéria mineral e fósforo, e o tipo de dieta teve efeito em todas as variáveis analisadas. Para o efeito dentro das dietas (sem x com fitase), a dieta a base de milho e farelo de soja com fitase, apresentou melhor CDAI para fósforo e para a dieta com farelo de trigo e fitase foi observado um CDAI significativamente maior para o sódio. Comparando as dietas, sem fitase, foi observado efeito para todas as variáveis, exceto no CDAI do fósforo. Comparando as dietas com fitase, também foi observado efeito para todas as variáveis, exceto no CDAI da matéria mineral. Effect of phytase in broilers diets on apparente ileal digestibility coefficients Abstract: In order to better understand the response of phytase in simples basal diets (corn and soybean meal) and in complex diets (corn, soybean meal and wheat bran) on the coefficients of ileal apparent digestibility (CDAI) in broiler. 384 broilers were distributed in four treatments in a 2x2 factorial arrangement in a randomized complete block design with eight replicates of 12 birds each. The treatments were: T1 - basal diet without phytase; T2 - basal diet with 500 FTU / kg of phytase; T3 ? complex diet (20% wheat bran), no phytase; T4 ? complex diet (20% of wheat bran) with 500 FTU / kg of phytase. Evaluating main effects, effect of phytase improved the CDAI mineral matter and phosphorus. Type of diet had effect on all variables. Comparing diets (without x with phytase), the diet based on corn and soybean meal with phytase, showed better CDAI for phosphorus and the diet containing wheat bran and phytase showed a significant improvement for CDAI of sodium. Comparing diets, without phytase an positive effect was seen for all variables, except for CDAI phosphorus. Considering diets containing phytase it was also observed an effect for all variables, except CDAI for mineral mater.
