anglais. The preservation of the hardness of apples with juicy and crispy ripe flesh determines the palatability traits of fruits, affects their resistance to mechanical damage and pathogens. The cultivation of varieties with low biosynthesis in fruits provides to a better keeping quality of apples stored. The aim of the research is to analyze the composition of alleles of the Md-ACS1 and Md-ACO1 genes involved in ethylene biosynthesis in fruit ripening of apple varieties bred by the Research Institute "Zhigulevskie Sady", the Samara region. The research objects are 7 varieties of autumn and 18 varieties of winter ripening time apple fruits. The research was carried out at the Michurinsk State Agrarian University. It has been found that all the studied apple varieties are carriers of the Md-ACS1-1 and Md-ACO1-2 alleles, the simultaneous presence of which in one genotype in a homozygous state indicates a high level of ethylene biosynthesis in fruits during ripening and storage. The heterozygous state in one apple tree genotype of the Md-ACS1-1 and Md-ACS1-2 alleles was noted in the autumn ripening varieties 'Buyan', 'Volzhsky shafran' and in the winter ripening 'Krasnoglinsky', 'Kuibyshevskoye', 'Mayak Povolzhiya', 'Original', 'Pamyat Koroleva', 'Podarok Ministru', 'Rassvet Povolzhiya'. The varieties 'Buyan', 'Krasnoglinskoye', 'Original', 'Podarok Ministru' and 'Spartanets' contain the Md-ACO1 gene in a heterozygous state (Md-ACO1-1/2). A combination of heterozygous states of the Md-ACS1 and Md-ACO1 genes, which determines the average level of ethylene synthesis in fruits during maturation and storage, is identified in the varieties 'Buyan', 'Krasnoglinskoye', 'Original' and 'Podarok Ministru'. These varieties are of interest to apple producers and can be used in breeding programs as sources of breeding valuable alleles to create new forms with hard flesh and keeping quality of fruits in storage.

Цель исследований - анализ состава аллелей генов Md-ACS1 и Md-ACO1, вовлеченных в биосинтез этилена при созревании плодов сортов яблони селекции ГБУ СО НИИ "Жигулевские сады". Объект изучения: 7 сортов яблони осеннего и 18 сортов зимнего срока созревания плодов. Исследования проводили в лаборатории молекулярно-генетического анализа плодовых растений ФГБОУ ВО "Мичуринский государственный аграрный университет". Установлено, что все исследуемые сорта яблони являются носителями аллелей Md-ACS1-1 и Md-ACO1-2, одновременное наличие которых в одном генотипе в гомозиготном состоянии указывает на высокий уровень биосинтеза этилена в плодах во время созревания и их хранения. Гетерозиготное состояние в одном генотипе яблони аллелей Md-ACS1-1 и Md-ACS1-2 отмечено у сортов Буян, Волжский шафран осеннего срока созревания и у сортов Красноглинское, Куйбышевское, Маяк Поволжья, Оригинал, Память Королева, Подарок Министру, Рассвет Поволжья зимнего срока созревания. Сорта Буян, Красноглинское, Оригинал, Подарок Министру и Спартанец содержат ген Md-ACO1 в гетерозиготном состоянии (Md-ACO1-1/2). Сочетание гетерозиготных состояний генов Md-ACS1 и Md-ACO1, что определяет средний уровень синтеза этилена в плодах во время созревания и их хранения, идентифицировано у сортов Буян, Красноглинское, Оригинал и Подарок Министру. Данные сорта представляют интерес для производителей яблок и могут быть использованы в селекционных программах как источники селекционно-ценных аллелей по созданию новых форм, обладающих твердой мякотью и хорошей лежкостью плодов при хранении.
