Development and research of automatic regulation system of residual moisture content for food products.

As a result of approximating the transient characteristics of the drying machine, the transfer functions of fruit drying were developed. The performance and computer model of the speed-heat-channel automatic regulation system (ARS) of residual moisture content of fruits are substantiated. The task of optimization of the high-speed hot-channel ARS of the final moisture content during fruit drying under technological limitations is set and solved. On the basis of the comparative analysis of dynamic characteristics, the advantage of high-speed-hot-channel ARS is established, compared to individual high-speed and hot-channel systems. The results of the research are presented in the form of a table. At all stages of the research, the report is conducted in the Matlab environment. Tab. 1, Fig. 3, Ref. 13.
