SYMBIOTIC CONDITION OF CROPS SOYBEAN UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCE | СИМБІОТИЧНИЙ СТАН ПОСІВІВ СОІ ЗА ДІЇ БІОЛОГІЧНО АКТИВНИХ РЕЧОВИН

The paper presents the results o f studies on the impact o f different standards herbicide Fabian (90, 100 and 110 g/ha), the methods o f application o f plant growth regulators Rehoplant (250 ml/m - preplant processing o f seeds, 50 ml/ha - spraying) and microbiological agents Ryzobofit (preplant processing o f seeds - 100 ml/t) on the formation and symbiotic functioning system o f soybean plants. It was established that the processing o f soybean crops o f different rates of Fabian herbicide separately and in mixtures with the plant growth regulator Rehoplant as on the background o f presowing o f seed with mixture o f Rehoplant and Ryzobofit, and without it inhibits the formation o f nodules on the roots o f plants.However, the formation o f their weight depends on the norms and ways o f using o f investigational preparations. It was found that complex application o f preparations stimulates accumulation o f leghemoglobin in soybean nodules.

Представлено результати досліджень з вивчення впливу різних норм гербіциду Фабіан (90, 100 і 110 г/га), способів застосування регулятора росту рослин Регоплант (250 мл/т - передпосівна обробка насіння, 50 мл/га - обприскування посівів) і мікробіологічного препарату Ризобофіт (передпосівна обробка насіння - 100 мл/т) на формування і функціонування симбіотичного апарату рослин сої. Встановлено, що обробка посівів сої різними нормами гербіциду Фабіан окремо і сумішах з регулятором росту рослин Регоплант, як на фоні передпосівної обробки насіння сумішшю Ризобофіту і Регопланту, так і без неї, пригнічує формування бульбочок на коренях рослин. Разом з тим формування їх маси залежить від норм і способів використання досліджуваних препаратів. З'ясовано, що комплексне застосування препаратів стимулює накопичення у бульбочках сої леггемолгобіну.
