Влияние теплотехнических качеств ограждающих конструкций и естественной вентиляции на эффективность производства свинины

The researches were carried out in 2005-2006 at swine complex Zazerye of Mozyr region (the Republic of Belarus), that counts 54 thousand heads annually. The aim of the research is to develop perfect ventilation systems in reconstructed buildings for farrow and weanlings growing, that will provide resource saving and comfort conditions for animals. It is determined that providing perfect microclimate in buildings and energy spends cut for this climate creation in winter period is possible if technological qualities of fence constructions is higher from 0,97 to 2,5 m2 and natural ventilation is used. Microbe semination of the buildings for farrow and weanlings growing at this periods is 1,4-3,6 times lower. During the summer the combination usage of natural and imitation air ventilation is necessary

Results of researches are stated according to efficiency of various ways warmed pigs. It is established, that application of warmed panels allows forming more comprehensible conditions of rest for pigs. Thus within 31 days at 137,13 kw – hour or the charge of the electric power on heating of one jack of pigs is reduced to 68,48% in comparison with use of lamps of infra-red radiation without essential decrease of growth rate and safety of young growth

It is determined that diets with protein digestibility of 61-66% in organism of a calve activate fermentative processes in rumen, increase digestibility of nutrients at 3,8-10,1% that allows to obtain the average weigh gains of 1036-1075 g, that is at 4,2-8,1% higher than that of control group at forage spends of 6,79-7,04 forage units

The research in RUP Scientific and Practical Center of Animal Breeding of National Academy of Sciences on such parameters as consumption of forages, processes of rumen digestion, morphological and biochemical structure of blood has shown that usage of wet grain preserved with Kormoplus for young cattle fattening has a positive effect on physiological condition and digestibility of nutrients and promotes nitrogen usage by animals that increases at 7,0 and 1,6%

It is determined on the basis of conducted researches on perfection of energy-protein nutrition norm of young cattle of 6-12 months of age that 11,5 MJ of exchange energy at 6-7 months of age and decease to 10 MJ for 12 month of age is needed in 1 kg of dry matter to get 1000 g of average daily weight gain. 8-9 g of digestible, 5 g of non-digestible protein should come for 1 MJ of exchange energy of a diet. 1 kg of DM (Dry Matter) should contain 133-150 g of crude and 46-54 g of non-digestible protein

Treatment of legumes and cereals on hydrodynamic machine TEK-CM allows to obtain tine-dispersed feed products (paste, milk) containing dry matter of 42-30% with better nutrition values compared to initial raw material. Preparation of grain to feeding on hydrodynamic machine TEK-CM increases the sugars contents on 26-56%, free amino acids - on 22-57%, and the quantity of cellular tissue decreases. Activity of the antinutrients containing in a soya, decreases up to a safe level

Increase of protein and energy nutrition norm of dry cows in winter and summer periods at 10 and 15% by protein and vitamin mineral additive based on peas and rape promotes increase of average daily weigh gain at 5,4-12,2%, calves live weight at birth – at 3,6-8,1%, average daily weigh gain – at 3,9 and 12,1%. Optimization of energy and protein content in diets allows to increase milk yield at 5,1-9,9% and decrease forage spends per 1 unit of product at 4,6-9,1%
