Паразитоценозы пищеварительной системы крупного рогатого скота Aйрширской породы

Study of parasitocoenoses of digestive system of Ayrshire breeds of cows and heifers was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of investigation there was presented a highly efficient universal sedimentation and flotation method with centrifuging for diagnostic of low intensity infestations of cattle. Heifers of Ayrshire breed the total infestation with parasites of gastro-intestinal tract was 100%. Species composition of parasites per one animal was 2,0 +/- 0,258. In winter period the components of parasitoses of a digestive tract were the following: eimeria, strongylats, fascioles, moniezia, nematodes, trematodes and cestodes. In cows of Ayrshire breed the total infestation was also 100%, mixed infestation – 70,0 %. Species composition of parasites per one animal was 2,55 +/- 0,170. In winter period the components of parasitoses of a digestive tract were the following: eimeria, strongylats, fascioles, and capillariasis

Realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus experimental infestation of American mink with monoinvasion of Strongyloides martis and parasitocoenoses of Strongyloides martis and Eimeria vison caused significant changes of hematological blood indices. Associations of the nematodes and coccids caused more intensive changes of blood morphological composition in comparison with monoinfection. The level of hemoglobin and erythrocytes at monoinvasion decreased on 18,8 % (р less than 0.05) and 23,3 % (р less than 0.05); in the conditions of an associative form - on 19,1 % (р less than 0.05)) and 31,4%, respectively; at the same time the quantity of leukocytes increased at monoinvasion on 41,3 % (р less than 0.05)), at the associative form - on 54,2 % (р less than 0.05)). In leucogram there were stated an eosonophilia and netrofilia.

Evaluation of influence of monoinvasions and mixed parasitoses on quality and quantity composition of microbiocenosis of gastro-intestinal tract of carnivore was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Changes in intestinal microflora of gastro-intestinal tract of dogs with monoinvasions and associated parasitic diseases in comparison with indexes of healthy animals were typical for disbacteriosis and took place towards the reduction of quantity of normal intestinal microflora (bifidobacteria and lactobacteria) and increasing of transient microorganisms: aerobic bacilli, micromicetes, proteus spp, staphylococci, streptococci.

Determination of interactions of monoinfestations and associations of parasites with the normal microflora of intestines of sheep was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In the conditions of low associative infestations with Moniezia sp., Strongylata and Strongyloides nematodes, Eimeria protozoa there were stated changes in intestine microflora of sheep: sharp decrease of quantity of bifidus bacteria and lactic acid bacillus, colibacilli with the simultaneous presence of lactose-negative Bacillus coli, increasing number of aerobic bacteria. Recovery of monieziae in the conditions of presence in parasitocoenosis composition of nematodes of suborder Strongylata and Strongyloides species, Eimeria promoted the restoration of quality and quantity composition of microflora of sheep gastrointestinal tract

Problem of ruminant monieziasis is widely distributed in the Republic of Belarus. For the eradication of farm holdings and complexes there was proposed a complex of measures which included the application of highly efficient anthelmintic agents, including preparations for injection therapy and prolonged substances for intrajejunal administration (boluces).

Investigation of stress reaction response and productivity of poultry by means of stimulation of natural resistance by biologically active substances was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus by an example of 4 experimental group of broiler chickens of Kobb-500 cross. The first group was a control one. Chickens of the second group were administrated preparation Vigozin twofold in dose of 1 ml/l with water in course of the first three days in 2 cycles and with interval of 8 days. Chickens of the third group were given the preparation with water in dose of 1 ml/1 in course of the first 3 days. The fourth group was given the preparation with water in dose of 1 ml/1 in course of the first 5 days. In course of observation over chickens there was analyzed their clinical state, mortality rate, weight gain, and meat yield. In course of study in chickens of experimental group the daily average weight gain was 37,8 g against 34,1 in control; average live weight – 1099,6 +/- 7,57 g against 95,98 +/- 0,50 g in control. In 46-day old broiler chickens the average daily weight gain was 46,2 g against 43,1 g in control, average live weight – 2166,94 +/- 0,49 g against 2021,08 +/- 1,05 g in control. Forage expenses per 1 kg of weight gain were 2,01 kg against 2,18 kg in control. Forage conversion was 7,8%. Research results proved the efficiency of application of Vigozin preparation: viability of chickens in the second group on increased 3,5%; the third group - on 1,7% ; in the fourth group - on 2,5%

In course of realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus studies there was analysed the chemical composition and nutrient value rape (Brassica napus) phospholipids. Research results proved that rape phospholipids contain in their composition the required quantity of energy nutrient substances (extractive substances, protein, carbohybrates) with moisture content mass - 5,1%, dry solids weight ratio - 94,9%, crude ash weight ration - 5,7%, weight fraction of fat and extractive substances - 35,5%, weight fraction of dry ethanol extract - 50,0%, weight fraiction of crude protein - 28,2%, weight fraction of crude fiber - 6,4%, totals umber of carbonhydrates including easily hydrolized - 24,4%, carotene content - 21,50 mg/kg, iron – 225,5 mg/kg, manganese – 10,4 mg/kg

Complex analysis of maize (Zea mays) yielding capacity and content of nutritive substances in silage and green mass depending on the phase of crop development and sowings damage due to frost was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Yielding capacity of green mass in the analyzed sowings of hybrid maize Beliz on sod-podzolic light loamy soils was 75,1 n/ha at the stage of grain formation. Insufficient amount of positive temperatures at the beginning of vegetation stage was compensated by means of favourable weather conditions for growth and development of maize in July-September. In proportion to maize crops maturity there was stated the appropriate lowering of green mass. Taking place frosts lowered moisture content in crops. Yielding capacity of maize top biomass after cold spell was from 45,7 up to 44,8 c/ha. For the obtaining of the optimal amount of nutritive elements in the conditions of Vitebsk region of Belarus it was proposed to realize crop harvesting at the stage of milky-wax ripeness. The best composition of nutritive elements in silage was at the stage of milky-wax ripeness

Studying of the comparative productivity of various species and varieties of perennial grasses for the selection of the most productive species and increasing of production capacity of well-balanced feeds with low prime cost was realized in the conditions of sod-podzolic loamy soils of Vitebsk region of the Republic of Belarus. In course of study there were analyzed the following grasses: meadow clover (Trifolium pratense); creeping trefoil (Trifolium repens); great trefoil (Medicago sativa); timothy grass (Phleum pratense); meadow fescue grass (Festuca pratensis); chewing fescue (Festuca rubra); cock's-foot (Dactylis glomerata); common ryegrass (Lolium perenne); meadow foxtail (Alopecurus pratensis); awnless brome (Bromus inermis Leyss), and hybrid of fescue grass and perennial ryegrass. Studying of soil and climatic conditions in the analyzed area showed that leguminous grasses had higher yielding capacity than the cereal ones. After the 4-year observation the studied leguminous grasses provided higher yielding indexes in comparison with the cereal ones per 1 gram: dry matter – on 14,9%; available energy - on 29,7%; crude protein – on 44,7%. For the production of green mass in the conditions of Vitebsk region into the basis of planning of green and raw materials conveyor system there should be taken into consideration terms of beginning of hay cutting ripening of perennial leguminous and bluegrass grasses. Cereal grasses showed higher indexes of sugar content in 1,8 times in comparison with leguminous ones. For the provision of standard content of sugars and digestible protein in energy fodder unit it was reasonable to form grass mixtures on the basis leguminous and bluegrass grasses in ratio 60% and 40% respectively

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a morphological study of bone marrow aspirates at different terms chicken of immunization against Gumboro disease which made it possible to analyze the state of immune system for the objective evaluation of immunological status. Research results showed that chicken immunization with a national liquid chick embryo viral vaccine produced on the basis of KMIehV-13 strain against Gumboro disease (infectious bursal disease) promoted the development of immunomorphological remodeling of bone marrow. Application of immunostimulants Alveozan and Nukleovit for poultry vaccination caused more expressed changes revealing in statistically reliable increasing of total number of myeloblastic cells in the majority of cases by means of increasing of immature cells, and then mature cells of granulocytic series, as well as quantity of lymphocytes and plasmacytes
