Purpose. Create a new source material of soybeans without pubescence, determine its selection value for the efficient use of processed products in animal nutrition, which will ensure high productivity of the latter. Quantitative and qualitative indicators of seeds are important economic and valuable features. The lack of pubescence on plants is unique.Methods. Field, special, laboratory and mathematical-statistical.Results. The minimum fat content of 20.88% was observed in the seeds of the non-pubescent variety ‘Kobra’, 23.73% in the line No 305, and 25.02% in the line No 22. The varieties ‘Diamant’ and ‘Antratsyt’ had a high fat content – 24.08–25.83%. The protein content in the green mass of promising lines was very low – up to 16%. The fat content was in the range of 2.1–5.3% with the maximum value in the lines No 3 and No 7 – 4.67–5.26%. The protein content in ‘Anakonda’ seeds and No 1 and No 9 lines was 36–37%, in standard varieties – at the level of 29.5–35.63%. A comparison of new non-pubescent lines with standard varieties and the most productive varieties ‘Diamant’ and ‘Adamos’, which are included in the Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine and meet the requirements for efficient use in fodder production.Conclusions. Lack of pubescence in soybean plants is an extremely rare and atypical phenomenon. There are no such varieties in the state register of plant varieties of Ukraine. More than 50 non-pubescent lines exceed the indicators of economic suitability of national standards and modern varieties. Lines No 4, No 5, No 7, No 8, which had more than 15% protein in the green mass, should be involved in the selection process to create fodder varieties. The ‘Anakonda’ line has a nutritional value with a minimum content of linolenic acid in the oil (6.08%). Increased oleic acid content was observed in varieties ‘Adamos’ (35.01%), ‘Diamant’ (33.53%), ‘Ametyst’ (31.39%). | Мета. Створити новий вихідний матеріал сої без опушення, визначити його селекційну цінність для ефективного використання продуктів переробки в годівлі тварин, що забезпечить отримання високої продуктивності останніх. Важливими господарсько-цінними ознаками при цьому є кількісні та якісні показники насіння. Відсутність опушення рослин є унікальним.Методи. Польові, спеціальні, лабораторні та математично-статистичні. Результати. Мінімальний уміст жиру в насінні – 20,88% відзначено в неопушеного сорту ‘Кобра’, у ліній № 305 та № 22 – 23,73 і 25,02% відповідно. Високим умістом жиру характеризувалися сорти ‘Алмаз’ і ‘Антрацит’ – 24,08 і 25,83%. Уміст білка в зеленій масі перспективних ліній був дуже низьким – до 16%. Уміст жиру був у межах від 2,1 до 5,3% з максимальними значеннями в ліній № 3 і № 7 – 4,67 і 5,26% відповідно. Уміст білка в насінні ‘Анаконда’ та ліній № 1 і № 9 був на рівні 36–37%, у сортів-стандартів – 29,57–35,63%. Порівняно нові лінії без опушення із сортами-стандартами та найурожайнішими сортами ‘Алмаз’ і ‘Адамос’, які занесені до Державного реєстру сортів рослин України та відповідають вимогам ефективного використання в кормовиробництві.Висновки. Відсутність опушення в рослин сої – надзвичайно рідкісне й нетипове явище. У Держреєстрі такі сорти відсутні. Понад 50 неопушених ліній культури перевищують показники господарської придатності національних стандартів і сучасних сортів. У процесі створення нових сортів з підвищеним умістом жиру в насінні доцільно використовувати неопушені лінії № 305 (23,73%) і № 22 (25,02%). Для створення кормових сортів у селекційний процес слід залучати лінії № 4, № 5, № 7, № 8, які мали в зеленій масі понад 15% протеїну. Високою харчовою цінністю характеризується лінія ‘Анаконда’ з мінімальним умістом в олії ліноленової кислоти (6,08%). Підвищений уміст олеїнової кислоти відзначено в сортів ‘Адамос’ (35,01%), ‘Алмаз’ (33,53%), ‘Аметист’ (31,39%).

Purpose. To evaluate Tartary buckwheat variety ‘Kalyna’ according to morphological, productive and quality indicators in the conditions of the Research Center “State Agrarian and Engineering University in Podilia”. Methods. The studies were carried out in the field crop rotation of the Research Center “Podillia” of the State Agrarian and Engineering University in Podilia (SAEU) in 2015–2020. The soil cover of the experimental field is represented mainly by low-humus, weakly leached soils. Experiment setting, material evaluation, analysis of plants, yield and grain quality were carried out in accordance with the generally accepted methods of state variety testing. An assessment of the Tartary buckwheat variety ‘Kalyna’ was carried out in comparison with the common buckwheat variety ‘Victoriia’. Results. The growing season duration of Tartary buckwheat variety ‘Kalyna’ was 87 days (38 days vegetative and 49 days generative). In the studied variety, a larger number of the 1st order branches up to 5.5 pcs was observed. The number of leaves on the plant was 22–28 pcs./plants. In the studied variety, more than 50% of the grains were located on the main stem and the first order branches, while in common buckwheat this indicator was only 30%. Productivity was 2,28 t/ha, the number of grains in inflorescences was 4,4 grains, in common buckwheat – 0,72 t/ha, and 2.2 grains/inflorescence, respectively. The thousand kernel weight in Tartary buckwheat variety ‘Kalyna’ is 10.2 g less than in common buckwheat variety ‘Victoriia’ and is 17.4 g, with hulls – 19.5%, which is 3.2% less then in common buckwheat variety.Assessment of Tartary buckwheat variety ‘Kalyna’ for resistance to the effects of bio- and abiotic factors indicates that it was at the level of common buckwheat variety ‘Victoriia’.In terms of resistance to abiotic factors, ‘Kalyna’ variety is characterized by high resistance to spontaneous fallof grain (5 scores) and has simultaneous grain ripening (5 scores). Conclusions.The morphological and economic-biological indicators of Tartary buckwheat variety ‘Kalyna’ are significantly higher than the common buckwheat variety ‘Victoriia’. It is recommended to grow Tartary buckwheat variety ‘Kalyna’ as a valuable cereal crop in the Western Forest-Steppe zone.

Purpose. Analysis of the allelic state of Ppd-1 genes, which control sensitivity to photoperiod, in varieties and lines of bread winter wheat, and comparison of the results obtained with field observations on the duration of periods before heading and flowering, whose originators were the Nosivska Breeding and Research Station of the V. M. Remeslo Myronivka Institute of Wheat National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine and Poltava State Agrarian Academy of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Methods. The following methods were used in the work: DNA extraction, allele-specific PCR, agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, analysis of variance. Results. It was revealed that ‘Yuvivata 60’ variety has a recessive Ppd-1 genotype and belongs to the III haplotype by a combination of mutations in the structure of Ppd-D1 gene. Line ‘L41/95’ was heterogeneous by alleles of Ppd-D1 gene, which corresponded to the presence of haplotypes III and VII. All other tested cultivars and lines were characterized by alleles Ppd-A1b, Ppd-B1b and Ppd-D1a, and assigned to haplotype VII. According to the results of statistical data processing, the duration of the period from May, 1 to heading was the smallest for the variety ‘Donskaya polukarlikovaya’ in the conditions of both the Forest-Steppe and Polissia-Forest-Steppe regions of Ukraine, the longest – in the varieties ‘Yuvivata 60’, ‘Myronivska 61’ and ‘L41/95’. The differences between these groups were significant and amounted to 10 days. Conclusions. A breeding material with a high adaptive ability for growing conditions in Polissia-Forest-Steppe zone was studied by the allelic state of the Ppd-1 genes. A low level of polymorphism in the studied varieties and lines was revealed by the alleles of Ppd-1 genes [12.5% – Ppd-D1b (²²²), 12.5% – Ppd-D1à/b (²²²/VII), 75% – Ppd-D1a (VII)], that agrees with the hypothesis that breeders gave a greater preference for the photoperiod-insensitive wheat genotype under Ukrainian conditions. The genotypes with the dominant Ppd-D1a (VII) gene almost completely dominate in the south of Ukraine. At the same time, in northern latitudes, weather conditions negate the advantages of the genotypes with Ppd-D1a gene

Purpose. Morphological and organoleptic evaluation of oyster mushroom strains for selection of highly productive cultivars assortment with valuable consumer properties for winter and summer cultivation and suitability for sale in fresh or processed form were investigated. Methods. The scheme of the experiment included six strains of oyster mushrooms belonging to two species: Pleurotus ostreatus (5 strains: 2301, Z, 2316, 2456, 431) and P. pulmonarius (2314). Laboratory, laboratory-industrial and statistical methods are used. Results. The dynamics of agrochemical parameters of substrates obtained by the method of aerobic fermentation in the high layer proved their optimality according to the main criteria and compliance to regulatory documentation. The biological efficiency of the strains was in the range of 40–78.9%. The highest weight of clusters was found in the “summer” strain 431 (430.7 g). The highest weight of the fruiting body was determined for the strain 2301 (15.2 g), the lowest – for the 2456 (3.3 g). Conclusions. The values of biological efficiency of strains was determined. The highest average values for the first flush of fruiting had strains 2316 (78.9%) from the “winter” group (A) and 431 (78.4%) from the “summer” group (B). According to the results of statistical analysis, significant differences were revealed between the studied strains in the main morphological indicators of clusters. It was found that the mass of clusters of «winter» cultivars is much less dependent on the strain type (220.8–273.4 g) than that of «summer» cultivars (83.4–430.7 g). The index of the asymmetry coefficient of the cluster, which can be useful for calculating the required container sizes was proposed. It was determined that the morphological features of fruiting bodies had significant differences in all studied parameters. In particular, the A group strains differed in size and weight. It was proposed the index of weight loss of the crop coefficient, which shows the ratio between the cap and stipe of the fruiting body and make it possible to predict the amount of mushroom raw material that will be sold in the form of caps, and the amount of raw material that can be processed into minced mushroom, powder and others. The best coefficient was obtained for the fruiting bodies of strain 2314 (0.87), and the worst – for 2456 (0.59), which, accordingly, is not recommended for sale by individual fruiting bodies. It was found that the fruiting bodies of high-yielding strains 2316 and 431 had a number of organoleptic defects.

Purpose of this study was to develop the main components of a model of an adaptive information system for predicting crop productivity. Methods. To conduct research on the establishment of the basic structural elements of an adaptive information model for predicting the productivity of basic crops used the method of constructing dynamic models. Results. A detailed analysis of conceptual approaches to the construction of mathematical agricultural models is carried out and the main advantages and disadvantages of modern analogues are established. It is determined that the adaptive information model is based solely on the needs of the plant and actually on the need to provide these needs with available resources in order to obtain consistently high yields with high quality indicators. The hardware and software complex must have a feedback relationship between its basic structural elements, because it significantly improves the accuracy of predicting plant productivity. Data based on the operation of certain mechanisms or indicators of weather conditions and their forecasts are used for decision making, however, if they are substantially changed, decisions about individual technology elements are reviewed. The software should be related to the economic part and should take into account market conditions and forecast data when making recommendations. In the case of low purchase prices for products, we recommend that certain agrotechnical operations (say vegetation feeding) be applied or not, in the case of significant change in growing conditions - when the application of these agro-measures will be ineffective due to the negative effects of drought, etc. Conclusions. Adaptive information system for forecasting productivity in the technological process of growing crops is formed on the basis of a model consisting of three modules of characteristics – the resultant and two components. At each subsequent stage of implementation of the model, the resulting feature becomes component, with the maximum contribution to the resulting feature of the next module.

Purpose. Development of scientific and applied foundations for the introduction, selection and use of plants of the species of the genus Physalis L. to ensure food security in Ukraine. Methods. Subject of study – plants of the genus Physalis. The study was conducted in 2014–2018. on the introduction plots of the department of cultural flora of the M. M. Hryshko National Botanical Garden, NAS of Ukraine (NBG). The work used general scientific and special methods: field, introduction, biological and morphological; laboratory (chemical, biochemical), statistical (methods of analysis of variance and statistical estimation of average data using Microsoft Excel (2010). Results. The features of ontomorphogenesis were established, the biological and morphological parameters of plants of the species of the genus Physalis L. were investigated under conditions of introduction in the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe Ukraine. It was found that the content of dry matter in plant fruits varied from 10 to 18.34%, sugars – from 39.34 to 67.97%, tannins – 1.57 to 3.35% and carotene – from 0.200 to 0.583%, ascorbic acid – from 123.91 to 284.95 mg/100 g, depending on the species, varietal and shape characteristics. Conclusions. It was found that the introduced plant species of the genus Physalis in conditions of culture have four age periods and 10 developmental states: seeds (se), sprouts (p), juvenile (j), immature (im), virginal (v), generative (g), subsenilny (ss) and senile (se). Ph. ixocarpa ‘Likhtaryk’ of the NBG selection was distinguished among the studied introduced species in terms of biological and morphological parameters and biochemical composition. The obtained data can be used for further research and determining the prospects for the introduction of these introduced species into a wide culture

Purpose. Provide bioinformatic analysis and comparison of target regions of the acetolactate synthase (als) gene in several members of the Poaceae family and, on the basis of the obtained data, explore the possibility of creating a unified genetic construct for als gene editing using the CRISPR-Cas9 system. Methods. The als gene sequences of various members of the Poaceae family were obtained from the NCBI: Nucleotide database. For comparison, a fragment of the imi-2 gene of wheat of the soft line ‘TealIMI11A’ was used in two regions of the 367–390 and 1729–1749 nucleotide sequences. The Sequence Viewer 3.37.0 tool was used to assess the presence of nucleotide substitutions in the working sequence of the imi-2 gene. The dendrogram was built using the “Blast Tree” tool from the NCBI: Blast: Nucleotide resource. Results. A comparative analysis of the nucleotide sequences of seven different species was carried out: soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), common wild oat (Avena fatua L.), barley (Hordeum vulgare L.), Asian rice (Oryza sativa L.), maize (Zea mays L.), aleppo grass (Sorghum halepense Pers.) and Tausch’s goatgrass (Aegilops tauschii Coss.). The dendrogram is based on the gene sequence als, showed that all studied genotypes can be divided into two blocks: the first block included maize and aleppo grass, and the second block, a separate branch includes Asian rice and common wild oat, barley, soft wheat and Tausch’s goatgrass. 367–390 nucleotide sequences of soft wheat showed the highest 100% homology to Asian rice, Tausch’s goatgrass and common wild oat. The lowest homology was for maize and aleppo grass at 83.3%. Evaluation of the nucleotide sequence 1729–1749 showed no complete homology at the 100% level. It was the highest for barley and Tausch’s goatgrass – 95.2%, and the lowest for rice, maize and aleppo grass – 80.9% each. Conclusions. The analysis confirms a significant degree of homology of the als gene sequence for various species of the Poaceae family, which allows us to create a universal genetic vector. However, taking into account the high degree of sequence homology for species such as soft wheat, Tausch’s goatgrass, barley, Asian rice and common wild oat, it can be assumed that the corresponding genetic vector can be used with the greatest efficiency to alter the als gene of these genotypes.

Purpose. This study was aimed to determine some biochemical parameters and productivity of the gene fund of Silphium L. genus in the M. M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine. Methods. Plant raw material investigated at the flowering stage (17 genotypes) and the end of vegetation (20 genotypes) of Silphium spp. 3 species and 4 cultivars studied for the content of nutrients at the flowering. Determination of dry matter, ash, calcium, nitrogenfree extractives conducted according to Hrytsaienko et al. (2003), phosphorus, protein – according to Pochinok (1976), sugars – according to Krishchenko (1983), cellulose – according to Zheng et al. (2018), lipids – according to Zamowski, Suzuki (2004). It was used productivity parameters: yield of above-ground mass, the yield of dry mass, energetic value, yield of energy. Data analyzed statistically. Results. Investigation of nutrients content showed that content of dry matter was in the range of 18.90–29.3%, protein – in the range of 8.88–23.56%, cellulose – 15.10–36.14%, ash – 8.13–12.19%, lipids – 1.83–3.97%; yield of above-ground mass – 45.0–139.0 t/ha, the yield of dry matter – 10.31–36.92 t/ha, energy value – 3933–4249 cal/g, and yield of energy – 43.81–149.27 Gcal/ha. A study of genotypes at the flowering and end of vegetation identified that the content of dry matter for all samples was in a range of 18.38–67.49%, sugars – 2.78–19.0%, ash – 3.93–11.20%, calcium – 1.68–5.99%, phosphorus – 0.14–1.21%, energy value – 3153.36– 3770.28 cal/g. Conclusions. Plant raw material of genotypes of Silphium L. spp. is a valuable source of nutrients. The content of ash, its components, energetic value, and parameters of productivity depending on genotype and stage of growth. The results allow recommending selected Silphium genotypes as perspective energetic crops in Ukraine as well as other countries.

Рослинна сировина Silphium досліджена у фазі квітування (17 генотипів) та в кінці вегетації (20 генотипів). Уміст поживних речовин під час квітування вивчено у 3 видів та 4 сортів рослин. Визначення вмісту сухої речовини, золи, кальцію, безазотистих екстрактивних речовин проводили за Грицаєнком і співавт. (2003), фосфору, білка – за Починок (1976), цукрів – за Крищенко (1983), целюлози – за Zheng et al. (2018), ліпідів – за Zamowski, Suzuki (2004). Були визначені параметри продуктивності рослин: урожайність наземної маси, вихід сухої маси, енергетична цінність сировини та вихід енергії з одиниці площі. Дані аналізовані статистично.Результати. Дослідження вмісту поживних речовин показало, що вміст сухої речовини знаходився в межах 18,90–29,3%, білка – 8,88–23,56, целюлози – 15,10–36,14, золи – 8,13–12,19, ліпідів – 1,83–3,97%; урожайність наземної маси – 45,0–139,0 т/га, вихід сухої речовини – 10,31–36,92 т/га, енергетична цінність фітосировини – 3933–4249 кал/г, вихід енергії з урожаєм – 43,81–149,27 Гкал/га. Дослідження генотипів у період квітування та в кінці вегетації дало змогу виявити, що вміст сухої речовини в усіх зразках становив 18,38–67,49%, цукрів – 2,78–19,0, золи – 3,93–11,20, кальцію – 1,68–5,99, фосфору – 0,14–1,21%, енергетична цінність – 3153,36–3770,28 кал/г.Висновки. Рослинна сировина генотипів Silphium L. spp. є цінним джерелом поживних речовин. Уміст золи, її компоненти, енергетична цінність та параметри продуктивності залежить від генотипу та періоду росту й розвитку рослин. Результати досліджень дають змогу рекомендувати деякі генотипи Silphium як перспективні енергетичні культури в Україні, а також інших країнах.

Purpose. Determination of molecular genetic polymorphism of lettuce cultivars of Ukrainian breeding by EST-SSR markers. Methods. Molecular genetic analysis, statistical methods. Results. The results of molecular genetic polymorphism study of 7 lettuce cultivars by 7 EST-SSR markers are presented. As a result of the analysis by studied markers, 37 alleles were detected with an average 5.29 alleles per locus. The KSL-92 marker, which identified 7 alleles, proved to be the most polymorphic (PIC – Polymorphism Information Content 0.98). The lowest PIC value (0.57) was noted for the KSL-37 marker by which 3 alleles were identified. For assessing the genetic diversity of lettuce cultivars by EST-SSR markers, genetic distances between cultivars were determined based on Jaccard’s similarity coefficient. It was determined that the most similar cultivars with genetic distances 0.17 were ‘Zorepad’ and ‘Malakhit’, ‘Malakhit’ and ‘Dublianskyi’, ‘Dublianskyi’ and ‘Smuhlianka’, ‘Krutianskyi’ and ‘Smuhlianka’. The most distant cultivar was ‘Skarb’ with a genetic distance 0.00 compared to other studied cultivars. According to the calculated genetic distances, the cultivars ‘Zorepad’ and ‘Malakhit’, ‘Malakhit’ and Dublianskyi’, which belong to the same variety Lactuca sativa L. var. secalina have a strong genetic similarity. The cultivars‘Skarb’ and ‘Pohonych’, which belong to the varieties Lactuca sativa L. var. longifolia and Lactuca sativa L. var. angustana, respectively, were genetically distant, what was confirmed by genetic distances values. It was determined that the Shannon index within the lettuce variety by 7 EST-SSR markers is 0.61, between varieties – 0.96, the average value is 1.57. Conclusions. According to the results of studies of 7 lettuce cultivars, it was found that the highest polymorphism was determined by the KSL-92 marker, the minimum of alleles number (3 alleles) was identified by KSL-37 marker. Based on calculated genetic distances, it was noticed that lettuce cultivars, genetic distances between which are 0.17, were the most similar. The most distant cultivar based on 7 EST-SSR markers was ‘Skarb’ cultivar.

Сорта ʻСкарб’ и ʻПогоныч’, которые относятся к разновидностям Lactuca sativa L. var. longifolia и Lactuca sativa L. var. angustana, соответственно, были генетически отдаленными, что подтверждают значения генетических дистанций. Значение индекса Шеннона внутри разновидности салата посевного по исследуемым EST-SSR маркерам составляло 0,61, между разновидностями – 0,96, среднее значение – 1,57.Выводы. Pourpose. Establish compliance of heat and moisture resources to biological requirements of sunflower hybrids (Helianthus annuus), reveal criteria for assessing weather conditions in the northern regions of Ukraine; establish links between temperature, precipitation and yield. Methods. Field and mathematical methods were used. Field multifactorial experiment was conducted during 2016–2018 in the Left Bank of Ukraine, on the border of two soil and climatic zones of Ukraine - Forest-Steppe and Polissya. Peculiarities of plant growth and development, formation of "hybrids" yield (factor A) were studied: 'Ukrainskyi F1', 'P63LL06', 'NK Brio', 'NK Ferti' depending on "plant density" (factor B): 50, 55 , 60, 65 thousand pieces/hectare. We calculated and analyzed the sums of active, effective temperatures for two biological minima - 5 and 10 ° C; the sum of thermal units according to the method of Brown and Bootsma, 1993; coefficients of materiality of elements deviations of the agrometeorological mode of the current year from long-term averages; plasticity and yield stability according to the method of Eberthart S.A., Russel W.Q. (1966). Results. To pass the full cycle of sunflower plants development, the sum of active temperatures (t = 10 °C) for hybrid 'Ukrainskyi F1' – 2354.6; P63LL06 – 2306.4; 'NK Brio' – 2401.3; 'NK Ferti' – 2379.7; and the sum of effective temperatures for 'Ukrainskyi F1'- 1081.5; 'P63LL06' – 1056.9; 'NK Brio' – 1104.9; 'NK Ferti' – 1109.1 is required. The sum of temperatures, both at a biological minimum temperature 10 °C and 5 °C, meet biological needs of sunflower plants and is not a limiting factor for this crop growing. The sum of thermal units for the period April–October is 3780 on average for three years. During the period of active sunflower vegetation (April–August) the sum of thermal units is 2868–3258, significantly exceeding the sum of active and effective temperatures at biologically active temperatures 5 °С and 10 °С. The most determined limits of changes in active, effective temperatures and thermal units were observed in May – September. Conclusions. Plasticity and stability of sunflower yield more depending on hybrid and plants density than on conditions of the year. Yield stability coefficient for hybrid 'Ukrainskyi F1' was 1.68 - 2.30; 'P63LL06'- 2.51 - 3.14; 'NK Brio'- 3.15 - 4.63; 'NK Ferti' - 2.70 - 3.75 for yields, respectively: 2.16 - 3.11; 2.58 - 3.52; 3.20 - 4.12; 2.70 - 3.79 t/ha.

Использовали полевой и математический методы. Полевой многофакторный опыт проводили в 2016–2018 годах в Левобережной Лесостепи Украины. Исследовали особенности роста и развития растений, формирования урожайности «гибридов» (фактор А): ‘Украинский F1’, ‘Р63LL06’, ‘НК Брио’, ‘НК Ферти’ в зависимости от «густоты стояния растений» (фактор В): 50, 55, 60, 65 тыс. штук/га. Рассчитывали и анализировали суммы активных, эффективных температур по двум биологическим минимумам – 5 и 10 °С; суммы тепловых единиц по методике Brown and Bootsma (1993); коэффициенты существенности отклонений погодных условий от средних многолетних данных; пластичность и стабильность урожайности по методике Eberthart S. A., Russel W. Q. (1966).Результаты. Для прохождения полного цикла развития растений подсолнечника, необходима сумма активных температур (tб.м. = 10 °C) для гибрида ‘Украинский F1’ – 2355; ‘Р63LL06’ – 2306; ‘НК Брио’ – 2401; ‘НК Ферти’ – 2380; сумма эффективных температур: ‘Украинский F1’ – 1082; ‘Р63LL06’ – 1057; ‘НК Брио’ – 1104,9; ‘НК Ферти’ – 1109. Суммы температур как при биологическом минимуме 10 °C, так и 5 °C, соответствуют биологическим требованиям растений подсолнечника и не являются лимитирующим фактором для выращивания. Сумма тепловых единиц за период апрель–октябрь составляла в среднем за три года – 3780. В период активной вегетации подсолнечника (апрель–август) сумма тепловых единиц составляла 2868–3258 и существенно превышала сумму активных и эффективных температур при биологически активных температурах 5 °С и 10 °С. Наиболее детерминированные границы изменений активных, эффективных температур и тепловых единиц наблюдали в мае–сентябре.Выводы. Пластичность и стабильность урожайности подсолнечника больше изменяются в зависимости от гибрида и густоты стояния растений, чем от погодных условий года. Коэффициент стабильности урожайности для гибрида ‘Украинский F1’ составил 1,68–2,30; ‘Р63LL06’ – 2,51–3,14; ‘НК Брио’ – 3,15–4,63; ‘НК Ферти’ – 2,70–3,75 при урожайности 2,16–3,11; 2,58–3,52; 3,20–4,12; 2,70–3,79 т/га соответственно. | Мета. Встановити відповідність ресурсів тепла та вологи біологічним вимогам гібридів соняшнику (Helianthus annuus L.); встановити критеріальні показники оцінювання погодних умов в північних регіонах України; встановити зв’язки між температурним режимом, сумою опадів та врожайністю.Методи. Використовували польовий та математичний методи. Польовий багатофакторний дослід проводили в 2016–2018 роках в Лівобережному Лісостепу України на межі двох ґрунтово-кліматичних зон – Лісостепу і Полісся. Досліджували особливості росту та розвитку рослин, формування врожайності «гібридів» (фактор А) ‘Український F1’, ‘Р63LL06’, ‘НК Бріо’, ‘НК Ферті’ залежно від «густоти рослин» (фактор В): 50, 55, 60, 65 тис. шт./га. Розраховували й аналізували суми активних та ефективних температур за двома біологічними мінімумами – 5 і 10 °С; суми теплових одиниць за методикою Brown and Bootsma (1993); коефіцієнти суттєвості відхилень елементів погоди поточного року від середніх багаторічних; пластичність і стабільність урожайності за методикою Eberthart S. A., Russel W. Q. (1966).Результати. Для проходження повного циклу розвитку рослин соняшнику необхідна сума активних температур (tб.м. = 10 °C) для гібрида ‘Український F1’ – 2354,6; ‘Р63LL06’ – 2306,4; ‘НК Бріо’ – 2401,3; ‘НК Ферті’ – 2379,7; сума ефективних температур: ‘Український F1’ – 1081,5; ‘Р63LL06’ – 1056,9; ‘НК Бріо’ – 1104,9; ‘НК Ферті’ – 1109,1. Суми температур як за температурою біологічного мінімуму 10 °C, так і 5 °C, відповідають біологічним потребам рослин соняшнику і не є обмежувальним чинником для вирощування. Сума теплових одиниць за період квітень–жовтень складала в середньому за три роки 3780. За період активної вегетації соняшнику (квітень–серпень) сума теплових одиниць складала 2868–3258, суттєво перевищуючи суму активних та ефективних температур за біологічно активних температур 5 °С і 10 °С. Найбільш детерміновані межі змін активних, ефективних температур і теплових одиниць спостерігали в період травень–вересень.Висновки. Пластичність і стабільність урожайності соняшнику більше змінюються залежно від гібрида і густоти рослин, ніж від умов року. Коефіцієнт стабільності врожайності для гібрида ‘Український F1’ склав 1,68–2,30; ‘Р63LL06’ – 2,51–3,14; ‘НК Бріо’ – 3,15–4,63; ‘НК Ферті’ – 2,70–3,75 за урожайності 2,16–3,11; 2,58–3,52; 3,20–4,12; 2,70–3,79 т/га, відповідно.
