Люпин, як кормова культура є цінним джерелом білка збалансованого за амінокислотним складом. Також він відіграє важливу роль у підвищенні родючості ґрунту. Ґрунтовокліматичні умови зони Полісся та Лісостепу сприятливі для вирощування цієї рослини. У 2013 р. до Державного реєстру сортів рослин придатних до поширення в Україні занесено два нових сорти люпину вузьколистого Переможець і Грозинський 9 та сорт люпину білого Чабанський. Наведено результати ідентифікації морфологічного опису цих сортів на відповідність критеріям охороноздатності. Ідентифікація вищенаведених сортів люпину методом опису морфобіологічних ознак дає можливість отримати кодову формулу сорту. Проведено комплексне оцінювання господарсько-цінних показників. Нові сорти люпину вузьколистого та білого характеризуються високою продуктивністю та якістю, стійкістю до шкідливих хвороб. Сорти стійкі до вилягання, обсипання, гірка речовина (вміст алкалоїдів) у зерні відсутня. Сорти мають високі адаптивні властивості до умов Полісся та Лісостепу.

Lupin being a fodder crops is a valuable source of protein well-harmonized in terms of amino acids composition also plays important role for increasing soils ferti­ lity. Soil and climate conditions of Woodlands and Forest Steppe contribute to growing this crop. In 2013 the State Register of Plant Varieties Suitable for Dissemination in Ukraine was extended with two new varieties of Lupinus angustifolius L., Peremozhets and Grozninskiy 9 and 1 variety of white lupin, Chabanskiy. The article quotes the summary of morphological description identification for the above varieties on compliance with eligibility to protection criteria. Identification of the above varieties of lpin by way of describing morphological and biological characteristics enable to generate a code formula for the variety. Comprehensive assessment is give to VCU parameters. New varieties of lupin display high yield and quality, resistance to malicious diseases. The varieties are resistant to lodging, shedding, comprise no bitter content (alkaloids) in their seeds, as well as express high levels of adaptivity to the conditions of Woodlands and Forest-Steppe. | Приведены результаты идентификационных морфологических характеристик растений новых сортов люпина узколистого Переможець и Грозинський 9, люпина белого Чабанський и оценка хозяйственных показателей. Сорта, занесенные в Государственный реестр сортов растений, пригодных к распространению в Украине в 2013 году. Интродукция на территорию Украины новых малоизвестных видов семейства Тыквенные, таких как трихозант, люфа, лагенария, ангурия, момордика даст возможность расширить использование овощных культур в ландшафтном дизайне для оформления альпийских горок, декоративных грядок, обсаживания веранд, беседок, балконов как чудесный материал для артвизажа, ресторанного бизнеса и агротуризма. Для расширения овощного разнообразия в открытом грунте на шпалере перспективным является выращивание устойчивого против поражения болезнями и вредителями с высокими вкусовыми и качественными показателями малоизвестный вид – трихозант с товарной урожайностью 5,1 кг/м2, в свежих и консервированных плодах которого накапливается высокое содержание сухих веществ (6,5–10,1 %) и сахаров (4,1–8,5 %) с дегустационной оценкой перерабатывающей продукции 8,5 балла. | Показані результати і перспективи інтродукції малопоширених овочевих культур родини Гарбузові для розширення овочевого різноманіття. Серед п’яти видів виділені найкращі за товарною урожайністю та якісними показниками. Перспективні види можна рекомендувати для овочівництва та використання у ландшафтному дизайні. Інтродукування на територію України нових малопоширених видів родини Гарбузові, таких як трихозант, люфа, лагенарія, ангурія, момордіка дасть змогу розширити використання овочевих культур у ландшафтному дизайні для оформлення альпійських гірок, декоративних грядок, обсадження веранд, бесідок, балконів, як чудовий матеріал для артвізажу, ресторанного бізнесу та агротуризму. Для розширення овочевого різноманіття у відкритому ґрунті на шпалері перспективним є вирощування стійкого проти ураження хворобами та пошкодження шкідниками з високими смаковими і якісними властивостями малопоширений вид – трихозант з товарною урожайністю 5,1 кг/м2, у свіжих і консервованих плодах якого накопичувався високий вміст сухих речовин (6,5–10,1%) та цукрів (4,1–8,5%) з дегустаційною оцінкою переробленої продукції 8,5 бала.

The fenugreek species have have a wide range of morphological and economical characteristics variability that affect their seed production. A high productivity of dry seeds is inherent to fenugreek species at early spring sowing (10.04), as for this date the yield of dry seeds of blue fenugreek amounted to 0.4 t per ha, that of fenugreek hay – 2.0 t / ha, with mass of 1000 seeds, respectively, 0.71 and 9.7 gr. To obtain a spicery called «mushroom grass» the use of fenugreek hay is considered as a promising direction (Greek hay, Shambhala, hay fenugreek) along with scheduling the sowing for early spring (4.10) and late spring (25.04–15.05) , which would enable the development of greatest herbage volume and higher yield of mature seed (0.9–2.0 t / ha). Another prospective line of development is to use blue fenugreek (fenugreek blue) as a green manure and nectar bearing crop, with the sowing scheduled for spring (4.10) and late spring (25.04–15.05).

Высокой продуктивностью сухих семян отличаются виды гуньбы при ранневесенних сроках посева (10.04), которые обеспечивают у гуньбы голубой урожайность сухих семян на 0,4 т/га, у гуньбы сенной – 2,0 т/га с массой 1000 семян соответственно 0,71 и 9,7 г. Для получения пряностей под названием «грибная трава» перспективным является использование гуньбы сенной (греческое сено, шамбала, сенный пажитник). Для конвеерного получения продукции культуры в условиях Лесостепи Украины необходимо использовать ранневесенние (10.04) и поздневесенние (25.04–15.05) сроки посева, при которых формируется более развитая вегетативная масса и установлена высшая урожайность сухих семян (0,9–2,0 т/га). В качестве сидеральной и медоносной культуры перспективным является использование гуньбы голубой (пажитник голубой), посев которой в ранневесенние (10.04) и поздневесенние (25.04–15.05) сроки в условиях Лесостепи Украины обуславливает урожайность сухих семян 0,1–0,4 т/га. | Висвітлені насіннєві потенційні можливості видів гуньби для конвеєрного надходження пряної продукції «грибної трави» в умовах Лісостепу України. Види гуньби мають широкий діапазон мінливості за морфологічними і господарсько-цінними ознаками, що впливає на їхню насіннєву продуктивність. Високою продуктивністю сухого насіння відзначаються види гуньби за ранньовесняних строків сівби (10.04), за яких у гуньби голубої урожайність сухого насіння становила 0,4 т/га, у гуньби сінної – 2,0 т/га з масою 1000 насінин відповідно 0,71 та 9,7 г. Для отримання прянощів під назвою «грибна трава» перспективним є використання гуньби сінної (грецьке сіно, шамбала, сінний пажитник) та для конвеєрного надходження продукції в умовах Лісостепу України застосування ранньовесняних (10.04) і пізньовесняних (25.04–15.05) строків сівби, за яких формується більш розвинена вегетативна маса та встановлена вища урожайність стиглого насіння (0,9–2,0 т/га). В якості сидеральної та медоносної культури перспективним є використання гуньби голубої (пажитник голубий), сівба якої в ранньовесняні (10.04) та пізньовесняні (25.04–15.05) строки в умовах Лісостепу України зумовлює врожайність стиглого насіння 0,1–0,4 т/га.

Определены научные учреждения Украины, доля сортов которых в Реестре наибольшая, хотя в последние годы конкурентоспособными оказались также сорта большинства селекционных учреждений Украины. Установлено различное соотношение между сортами иностранных государств и фирм по количеству пригодных для распространения в Украине. Это же относится к их общему количеству, которое увеличилось за 1991–2013 гг. в 12,3 раза. | Проведено аналіз динаміки занесення сортів картоплі до Державного реєстру сортів рослин, придатних для поширення в Україні за період 1991–2013 рр. Установлені значні відмінності в загальній кількості цих сортів, у тому числі вітчизняної й іноземної селекції. Виділений певний інтервал років з відносно однаковою кількістю сортів, придатних для поширення в Україні. Водночас, за весь період їхнє число збільшилося в 4,7 раза. Визначені наукові установи України, частка сортів яких у Реєстрі найбільша, хоча в останні роки конкурентоспроможними виявилися також сорти більшості селекційних установ України. Дана характеристика 11 новых сортов астры однолетней (Анастасия, Ангелина, Летняя ночь, Лыбидь, Оксамыт, Саманта, София, Снежана, Фламинго, Шоколадка, Царевна) селекции Института садоводства НААН по идентификационным и хозяйственно- биологическим признакам, которые внесены в Государственный реестр сортов растений, которые пригодны для распространения в Украине. | Висвітлено стан селекції і сортовивчення каллістефуса китайського в Україні і безпосередньо в Інституті садівництва НААН. Висвітлено вимоги, яким має відповідати майбутній сорт, а саме: доведення до гомозиготного стану, оригінальність та декоративність, стійкість до несприятливих погодних умов і фузаріозу. Подано характеристику 11 нових сортів айстри однорічної (Анастасія, Ангеліна, Літня ніч, Либідь, Оксамит, Саманта, Софія, Сніжана, Фламінго, Шоколадка, Царівна) селекції Інституту садівництва НААН за ідентифікаційними та господарсько-біологічними ознаками, які внесено до Державного реєстру сортів рослин, які придатні для поширення в Україні.

A stabilizing (directed) selection has created a donor of short stem for winter rye (Secale cereale L.), plant height of which ranged from 50 to 60 cm. The plant height kept symmetry of its distribution curve and the frequency accumulation in central classes (positive excess). For the first time a symbolic designation to new short-stem related Hl-2Hl-2 allele and the donor name (Gnome 2) were proposed. 28 years of stabilizing selection showed that 57% of overall genetic variability of plant height resulted from adaptive genes available for directed selection by phenotype, and 43% from dominant and epistatic factors that predetermines the expression heterosis effect. Gnome 2 donor proved to have genetic additive correlation between the pants height and number of flows per ear, ear length, weight of seeds per plant , 100 seeds weight per plant; to have reverse correlation with ear density seeds weight per ear. The height of original parent components have displayed direct additive correlation with number of flowers per ear and reverse with the ear density. The additive correlation component directly exposes «genuine» impact of parental plants on the expression of the characteristics indicated among the offspring Productive bushing of parental plants, seed weight per plant directly, and seed size (100 seeds weight) indirectly, respectively, influence the height of offspring pants. The reverse additive correlation between the parents height and 100 seeds weight in the offspring is caused by pleiotropic effect of the genes impact thus enabling to combine the desirable characteristics in one genotype. Productive bushing is by 54% due to the impact of general genetic factors among the above, in particular, 30% due to that additive, 24 due to non-additive factors. The concept of genetic improvements for productive bushing of the Gnome 2 rye implies utilization of additive effect through the directed selection, as well as application of breeding techniques for controlling the effect of heterosis caused by the genes of dominant and epistatic impact. The selection paradigm requires simultaneous genotypes selection with immediate examination of the selection results by offspring while in parallel to develop inbred lines, combining these afterwards evaluating general and specific combining ability by productive bushing. It is also to be noted that the productive bushing essentially depends on the environmental conditions, which significantly corrects the implementation of productivity potent, thereby the issue of agronomical conditions aimed at extending the expression of characteristic in question remains.

The additive correlation component directly exposes «genuine» impact of parental plants on the expression of the characteristics indicated among the offspring Productive bushing of parental plants, seed weight per plant directly, and seed size (100 seeds weight) indirectly, respectively, influence the height of offspring pants. The reverse additive correlation between the parents height and 100 seeds weight in the offspring is caused by pleiotropic effect of the genes impact thus enabling to combine the desirable characteristics in one genotype. Productive bushing is by 54% due to the impact of general genetic factors among the above, in particular, 30% due to that additive, 24 due to non-additive factors. The concept of genetic improvements for productive bushing of the Gnome 2 rye implies utilization of additive effect through the directed selection, as well as application of breeding techniques for controlling the effect of heterosis caused by the genes of dominant and epistatic impact. The selection paradigm requires simultaneous genotypes selection with immediate examination of the selection results by offspring while in parallel to develop inbred lines, combining these afterwards evaluating general and specific combining ability by productive bushing. It is also to be noted that the productive bushing essentially depends on the environmental conditions, which significantly corrects the implementation of productivity potent, thereby the issue of agronomical conditions aimed at extending the expression of characteristic in question remains.

A stabilizing (directed) selection has created a donor of short stem for winter rye (Secale cereale L.), plant height of which ranged from 50 to 60 cm. The plant height kept symmetry of its distribution curve and the frequency accumulation in central classes (positive excess). For the first time a symbolic designation to new short-stem related Hl-2Hl-2 allele and the donor name (Gnome 2) were proposed. 28 years of stabilizing selection showed that 57% of overall genetic variability of plant height resulted from adaptive genes available for directed selection by phenotype, and 43% from dominant and epistatic factors that predetermines the expression heterosis effect. Gnome 2 donor proved to have genetic additive correlation between the pants height and number of flows per ear, ear length, weight of seeds per plant , 100 seeds weight per plant; to have reverse correlation with ear density seeds weight per ear. The height of original parent components have displayed direct additive correlation with number of flowers per ear and reverse with the ear density. По высоте растений сохранялась симметричность кривой распределения и скопление частот в центральных классах (положительный эксцесс). Впервые предложено символику нового аллеля гена короткостебельности Hl-2Hl-2 и название донора Гном 2 (Gnome 2). На протяжении 28 лет стабилизирующего отбора 57% общей генетической изменчивости высоты растений обусловлено аддитивными генами, которые доступны для прямого отбора по фенотипу, а 43% доминантными и эпистатичными факторами, которые обуславливают эффект проявления гетерозиса. У донора Гном 2 установлены прямые генетические аддитивные корреляции высоты растений с числом цветков в колосе, длиной колоса, массой зерна с растения, массой 100 зерен с растения; обратные – с плотностью колоса и массой зерна с колоса. Высота исходных родительских растений проявила прямую аддитивную корреляцию с числом цветков в колосе и обратную с плотностью колоса. Аддитивный компонент корреляции непосредственно указывает «истинное» влияние отцовских растений на проявление указанных признаков у прямых потомков. Продуктивная кустистость отцовских растений, масса зерна с растения прямо, а крупность зерна (масса 100 зерен) негативно влияла на высоту растений потомков. В первом случае прямые аддитивные корреляции высоты растений для практической селекции нежелательны, потому что косвенно снижают составляющие элементы продуктивности. Обратная адитивная корреляция высоты родителей и массы 100 зерен с растения потомков обусловлены плейотропным эффектом действия генов, что дает возможность объединения желательных признаков в одном генотипе. Продуктивная кустистость на 54% обусловлена общими генетическими, с них непосредственно, на 30% аддитивными, а 24% неаддитивными факторами. Концепцией генетического усовершенствования продуктивной кустистости ржи Гном 2 предусматривается использование аддитивного эффекта прямым отбором, а также применением селекционных приемов, направленных на овладение эффектом гетерозиса, который обусловлен генами доминантного и эпистатического действия. Согласно парадигме селекции необходимо одновременно проводить отбор генотипов с прямым испытанием результатов отбора по потомкам и параллельно создавать инбредные линии с последующим их комбинированием и оценкой ОКС и СКС по продуктивной кустистости. Необходимо учитывать, что продуктивная кустистость зависит от условий окружающей среды, которая вносит существенные коррективы в реализацию потенциала продуктивности, поэтому актуальным остается улучшение агротехнических условий, направленных на увеличение проявления этого признака. | Стабілізуючим (доцентровим) добором створено донор короткостеблості жита озимого (Secale cereale L.) з висотою рослин 50–60 см. Висота рослин зберігає симетричність кривої розподілу і скупчення частот у центральних класах (позитивний ексцес). Вперше запропоновано символіку нового алеля гена короткостеблості Hl-2Hl-2 і назву донора Гном 2 (Gnome 2). Протягом 28 років стабілізуючого добору 57% загальної генетичної мінливості висоти рослин обумовлено адитивними генами, які доступні для прямого добору за фенотипом, а 43% домінантними і епістатичними чинниками, що обумовлюють прояв ефекту гетерозису. У донора Гном 2 встановлені прямі генетичні адитивні кореляції висоти рослин з числом квіток у колосі, довжиною колоса, масою зерна з рослини, масою 100 зерен з рослини; обернені – з щільністю колоса і масою зерна з колоса. Висота вихідних батьківських рослин проявила пряму адитивну кореляцію з числом квіток у колосі і обернену з щільністю колоса. Адитивний компонент кореляції безпосередньо вказує «істинний» вплив батьківських рослин на прояв вказаних ознак у прямих нащадків. Продуктивна кущистість батьківських рослин, маса зерна з рослини прямо, а крупність зерна (маса 100 зерен) обернено впливала на висоту рослин нащадків. Обернена адитивна кореляція висоти батьків і маси 100 зерен з рослини нащадків обумовлена плейотропним ефектом дії генів, що дає можливість поєднання бажаних ознак в одному генотипі. Продуктивна кущистість на 54% обумовлена загальними генетичними з них, зокрема, на 30% адитивними, а на 24% неадитивними чинниками. Концепцією генетичного вдосконалення продуктивної кущистості жита Гном 2 передбачається використання адитивного ефекту спрямованим добором, а також застосуванням селекційних прийомів, спрямованих на оволодіння ефектом гетерозису, яке обумовлене генами домінантної і епістатичної дії. За парадигмою селекції необхідно одночасно проводити добір генотипів з прямим випробуванням результатів добору за нащадками і паралельно створювати інбредні лінії з наступним їх комбінуванням і оцінкою ЗКЗ і СКЗ по продуктивній кущистості. Необхідно також враховувати, що продуктивна кущистість істотно залежить від умов зовнішнього середовища, яке вносить істотні корективи в реалізацію потенціалу продуктивності, тому актуальними залишаються покращення агротехнічних умов, спрямованих на збільшення прояву цієї ознаки.

The example of various varieties and hybrids of sugar sorghum illustrates the summary of study on assessing varying density of plants in crops on phonological cha­racteristics of sugar sorghum plants, carbohydrate composition of sorghum juice and yield of its plants. The completed study established that one hectare of sugar sorghum, subject to varietal characteristics and varying density of plants in crop, may provide the green weight of 40.83 до 106.87 t/ha at stem juice yield of 22,27 to 56,24 t/ha, which would contain 2.31 to 6.09 t/ha of total sugars suitable for bioethanol production in at the rate of 198.25 to 501.19 dal/ha. However, despite of higher estimate of total sugars yield and bioethanol at 300 thousand plants per ha density in crop, industrial plots would preferably have plant density in crops ranging within 200...250 thousand pieces per ha. Since higher density increases dry matter content of plants, consequentially, cellulose and lignin in stems, this may create preconditions for harvest losses due to stem lod­ ging Besides, 200 thousand plants per hectare enables to reach the highest level of photosynthesis net productivity which combines high intensity of the photosynthesis with photosynthetic activity of leaf surface.

В результате проведенных исследований установлено, что с одного гектара сорго сахарного в зависимости от сортовых особенностей и различной густоты стояния растений можно гарантированно получить зеленой массы от 40,83 до 106,87 т/га. Выход сока из стеблей от 22,27 до 56,24 т/га, в котором содержится от 2,31 до 6,09 т/га общих сахаров, пригодных для получения биоэтанола в количестве 198,25–501,19 дал/га. Однако, несмотря на высокий расчетный выход общих сахаров и биоэтанола при густоте 300 тыс. растений на 1 га, целесообразно в промышленных посевах отдавать предпочтение густоте стояния растений в пределах 200–250 тыс. шт./га. Поскольку увеличение густоты приводит к повышению содержания сухого вещества в растениях соответственно и содержания целлюлозы и лигнина в стеблях, что может привести к потерям урожая за счет склонности стеблей к полеганию. Кроме того, при густоте 200 тыс. растений на гектаре достигается высокий показатель чистой продуктивности фотосинтеза, при котором высокая интенсивность процесса фотосинтеза оптимально сочетается с фотосинтетической активностью листовой поверхности. | На прикладі різних сортів та гібридів сорго цукрового, наведено результати досліджень із вивчення впливу різної густоти стояння рослин на фенологічні показники рослин сорго цукрового, вуглеводний склад соку сорго та на продуктивність рослин. У результаті проведених досліджень установлено, що з одного гектара сорго цукрового, залежно від сортових особливостей і різної густоти стояння рослин, можливо гарантовано отримати зеленої маси від 40,83 до 106,87 т/га, з виходом соку зі стебел від 22,27 до 56,24 т/га, в якому міститься від 2,31 до 6,09 т/га загальних цукрів, придатних для отримання біоетанолу у кількості 198,25–501,19 дал/га. Однак, незважаючи на найвищий розрахунковий вихід загальних цукрів та біоетанолу за густоти 300 тис. рослин на 1 гектар, доцільно в промислових посівах надавати перевагу густоті стояння рослин у межах 200...250 тис. шт./га. Оскільки вища густота призводить до підвищення вмісту сухої речовини у рослинах, відповідно й умісту целюлози та лігніну у стеблах, що може спричинити умови до втрат урожаю за рахунок схильності стебел до полягання. Крім того, за густоти 200 тисяч рослин на гектарі досягається найвищий показник чистої продуктивності фотосинтезу, при якому висока інтенсивність процесу фотосинтезу оптимально поєднується з фотосинтетичною активністю листкової поверхні.

Опытный маточник заложен весной 2010 г., схема посадки кустов – 1,4 Х 0,3 м. Диаметр условной корневой шейки отводков всех форм подвоев, в среднем за годы проведения опыта, составлял от 6,7 мм до 7,9 мм и соответствовал требованиям стандарта (6–12 мм). Среди исследуемых форм айвы по биометрическим показателям надземной части маточных кустов за два года исследований лучшими оказались формы ІС 2-10, ІС 4-6 и айва S1. Качество корневой системы отводков выше у форм айвы ІС 4-6 и S1; наибольший выход стандартных отводков у форм ІС 2-10, ІС 4-6 и S1. По комплексу хозяйственно-биологических признаков лучшими при выращивании в условиях Западной Лесостепи Украины оказались формы айвы ІС 2-10 и S1. | Приводяться результати по вивченню клонових підщеп для груші, а саме форм айви: ІС 2-10, ІС 4-6, S1 і Cydo в маточнику протягом 2011–2012 рр. Дослідний маточник закладений навесні 2010 р., схема садіння кущів – 1,4 Х 0,3 м. Діаметр умовної кореневої шийки відсадків усіх форм підщеп, в середньому за роки проведення досліду, становив від 6,7 мм до 7,9 мм і відповідав вимогам стандарту (6–12 мм). Серед досліджуваних форм айви за біометричними показниками надземної частини маточних кущів за два роки досліджень кращими виявилися форми ІС 2-10, ІС 4-6 і айва S1. Якість кореневої системи вертикальних відсадків краще у ІС 4-6 і S1; найбільший вихід стандартних відсадків у форм ІС 2-10, ІС 4-6 і S1. За комплексом господарсько-біологічних ознак кращими за вирощування в умовах Західного Лісостепу України виявилися підщепи ІС 2-10 та айва S1.

The article features summary of studying the resistance of rasberry promising varieties to main diseases (Didymella applanata Sacc., Gloeosporium venetum Speg. і Septoria rubi Sacc.) of stem expression type under the conditions of the Ukraine’s Northern Forest-Steppe. 8 summer rippeing varirties (‛Gusar’, ‛Kryepysh’, ‛Novokytaivs’ka’  (control), ‛Perseya’, ‛Saya’, ‛Tarusa’, ‛Phenomen’) were asessed, as well as the same number of that remontant (‛Babye lyeto 2’, ‛Heracles’, ‛Zolotyye kupola’, ‛Lyulin’, ‛Nyedosyagayemaya’, ‛Osinnya’ (control), ‛Osinny zorepad’, ‛Polana’). Weather conditions of the 2009-2011 vegetation periods were described. Favorable conditions were determined for the above raspberry diseases development. The studied varieties were divided into groups of resistance to the studied diseases. The resistance of the overwhelming majority of varieties was average to above  average. The ‛Patricia’ and ‛Novokytaivs’ka’ (control) displayed low resistance against Dydimella and septoria spot, respectively. The varieties of ‛Kryepysh’, ‛Saya’, ‛Tarusa’, ‛Polana’, ‛Niedosyagayemaya’ and ‛Osinnya’ (control) have been   found to display a complex resistance to Dydimella, anthracnose and septoria spot under conditions of the region researched.

Оценивали 8 сортов летнего срока созревания (Гусар, Крепыш, Новокитаевская (к), Персея, Саня, Таруса, Феномен) и столько же ремонтантных (Бабье лето 2, Геракл, Золотые купола, Люлин, Недосягаемая, Осиння (к), Осинний зорепад, Полана). Дана характеристика погодных условий вегета­ ионного периода 2009–2011 гг. Определено благоприятные условия погоды для развития названных выше болезней. Исследуемые сорта разделены на группы устойчивости к изучаемым болезням. Подавляющее большинство сортов характеризовалось устойчивостью средней и выше средней. Низкая устойчивость против дидимелёза обнаружена у Патриции, к септориозу – у Новокитаевской (к). Установлено, что в условиях зоны исследований комплексной устойчивостью против дидимелёза, антракноза и септориоза обладают сорта Осинний зорепад, Крепыш, Таруса, Полана, Саня, Недосягаемая и Осиння. | Описано результати вивчення стійкості перспективних сортів малини проти основних хвороб (Didymella applanata Sacc., Gloeosporium venetum Speg. і Septoria rubi Sacc.) зі стебловою формою прояву в умовах північної частини Лісостепу України. Оцінювали 8 сортів літнього строку достигання (Гусар, Крєпиш, Новокитаївська (к), Персея, Патриція, Саня, Таруса, Феномен) і стільки ж ремонтантних (Бабьє лєто 2, Геракл, Золотиє купола, Люлін, Нєдосягаємая, Осіння (к), Осінній зорепад, Полана). Дано характеристику погодних умов вегетаційного періоду 2009–2011 рр. Встановлено сприятливі умови погоди для розвитку вищезазначених хвороб малини. Досліджувані сорти розподілено на групи стійкості проти хвороб, які вивчались. Переважна більшість сортів характеризувалася вищою за середню та середньою стійкістю. Низьку стійкість проти дідімельозу виявлено у Патриції, септоріозу – в Новокитаївської (к). Встановлено, що в умовах зони досліджень комплексною стійкістю проти дідімельозу, антракнозу та септоріозу відзначаються сорти малини Осінній зорепад, Крєпиш, Таруса, Полана, Саня, Нєдосягаємая та Осіння.

Определено комбинационную способность тетраплоидных опылителей белоцерковской селекции по урожайности и сахаристости и генетической детерминации элементов продуктивности и их фенотипическое проявление у гибридов первого поколения сахарной свеклы. В исследовании применены методы тестерного скрещивания по типу топкросс пыльцестерильных линий уладовского и ивановского происхождения и стабилизированных по плоидности тетраплоидных опылителей сахарной свеклы белоцерковской селекции. Установлено, что в генотипической структуре изменчивости признака «урожайность» ключевая роль принадлежала неадитивным эффектам генов. В генетическом контроле сахаристости топкроссных гибридов преобладающей была доля адитивного действия генов опылителей. Дифференцированы по комбинационной способности родительские компоненты 16 гибридных комбинаций. Ценными комплексами аддитивных генов обладали опылители 1007 (по урожайности) и 1013 (по сахаристости).  Выявлены перспективные гибридные комбинации для дальнейшей их селекционной проработки, определена генетическая детерминация элементов продуктивности и сбора сахара. Анализ генных взаимодействий у гибридов свеклы сахарной подтверждает теорию генетического баланса Н.В. Турбина. | Оцінка генетичної цінності компонентів – важлива ланка селекційного процесу створення ЧС-гібридів буряку цукрового. Визначали комбінаційну здатність тетраплоїдних запилювачів білоцерківської селекції за урожайністю, цукристістю та генетичною детермінацією елементів продуктивності і їхній фенотипічний прояв у гібридів першого покоління буряку цукрового. У дослідженнях застосовували методи тестерного схрещування за типом топкрос пилкостерильних ліній уладівського й іванівського походжень та стабілізованих за плоїдністю тетраплоїдних запилювачів буряку цукрового білоцерківської селекції. Встановлено, що у генотипній структурі мінливості врожайності ключова роль належала неадитивним ефектам генів. У генетичному контролі цукристості топкросних гібридів переважаючою була частка адитивної дії генів запилювачів. Диференційовано за комбінаційною здатністю батьківські компоненти 16 гібридних комбінацій. Цінними комплексами адитивних генів характеризувалися запилювачі 1007 (за врожайністю) та 1013 (за цукристістю). Виявлено перспективні гібридні комбінації для їхнього подальшого селекційного опрацювання, визначена генетична детермінація елементів продуктивності та збору цукру. Аналіз генних взаємодій у гібридів буряку цукрового підтверджує теорію генетичного балансу М.В. Турбіна.
