Forest ecosystems are important component of environment and row basis for wood processing industry. Traditional attitude about primate of productive functions in relation to useful functions, is under question, due to next reasons: exhaustion of sources of wood mass; affirmation of protective and regulative functions in domains of water-supply and erosion control. This attitide os represented in basic plan documents in Serbia, as well as in European Union. Protection, care of existing, and restoration of degraded forests, are the possibilities for development of high-profitable activities such as: recreation and sport tourism, hunting tourism and healthy food production.

Analysis of Cystoseira corniculata (Phaeophyceae) populations in the Boka Kotorska Bay [Adriatic sea, Montenegro] | Analiza naselja Cystoseira corniculata (Phaeophyceae) u Bokokotorskom zalivu [Jadransko more, Crna Gora]

New locations for the distribution of algae C. corniculata (Phaeophyceae) are presented, with a scope to improve scarce knowledge on phytobenthos of the Montenegrian coast. In the Bay of Boka Kotorska this algae is found on 10 locations and on 3 locations, on depth of 3 m and 5 m, measurements of wet weight and length of primary branches are done. Differences between biomass of algae are note between different depths and different seasons, but between different locations there are no significant differences.

During field research of phytocenic characteristics of the river Moravica flow and the influence of anthropogenic pollution, the presence of the following hydro-phytic biocenoses has been established: Floating macrophytes ass. Lemnetum minoris Oberd. 1960 and submersed macrophytes Myriophyllo-Potametum Soo 1934. Based on physicochemical water analyses and ecological indexes, these biocenoses belong to transitional group of mesotrophic and eutrophic biocenoses which develop in water highly saturated with mineral substances (highly polluted waters). Biocenosis Lemnetum minoris with differentiating species Lemna minor matches - meso - saprogenic waters. These biocenoses grow in both mid and upper river flow.

During the field research of phytocenous characteristics of the Moravica river flow and the influence of anthropogenic pollution, hygrophilous ass, Salicetum albae-fragilis (willow grove-shrubs in moist habitats) which grows in the middle reaches of the Moavica, has been found. The community develops in the middle reaches and it indicates highly polluted waters. The aim of this paper is to establish phytocenous contents of the community and ecological conditions of the habitat (indicatives of water quality of the Moravica river) based on ecological index of vascular plants.

The puddles Novo Ilje 1 and Novo Ilje 2 are aquatic ecosystems periodically filled with moderate salt and alkaline water. In 2003 and 2004 quantitative analysis show the Euglenophyta domination. Trachelomonas taxa are the most common. The algae in planktonic communities are the most numerous in both puddles in researched years.
