The daily and seasonal variations of water consumption by transpiration and the influence of meteorological parameters on the transpiration intensity were studied in two species of the Fagaceas, Nothofagus obliqua and Notholagus dombeyi.. These species have a wide distribution in Chile and are of- considerable forestry importance. To determine the water consumption of these two species the method proposed by Huber and Ramirez (8) was applied. The experiment was carried out at the meteorological station Isla Tern, of the Austral University of Chile (Valdivia, Chile). The results indicated that increases of solar radiation and air temperature and a decrease of relative humidity lead to an increase in transpiration intensity in both species, which are higher in N. obliqua than in N dombeyi The MatiMUM transpira-don intensities reached were 2 4 1 m 2. in N. obliqua and 1.4 1 in' d" in N dombeyi.. The multiple regression analysis indicated that for both species solar radiation was the most important meteorological factor in regard to transpiration.

Para la experimentación se ha empleado una parcela de trigo a la que se divide según dos tratamientos de riego; una sin aporte de agua y otra con un aporte de 180 mm suministrados en dos períodos. Se han determinado los flujos de drenaje y de capilaridad a través de la capa situada a 130 cm de profundidad, así como la evapotranspiración real de las dos subparcelas en el período zomprendido entre el 25 de Mayo de 1.984 y el 27 de Julio de 1984. Se ha calculado la producción de las dos subparcelas con distinto tratamiento de riego, relacionando los resultados con los valores de ETR obtenidos en cada una de estas. | [ENG]In this work we make a critical study of the balance of water in the soil as a calculating method of the real evapotranspira tion in crops and vegetables communities, examining the advantages and incovenients of the method. To make this experiment, we have used a plot of wheat which has been divided according to the two differents treatments of watering; one without any contribution of water at all, and other, watered with 180 mm supplyed in two periods. The flows of drainage and of capillarity through the layer situated at a 130 cm depth have been determined as well as the real evapotranspiration of the two subplots in the period that goes from the 25th of May 1984 to the 27th of July 1984. The production of the two subplots with differente treatments of watering has been measured.

Estudia la tarifa en el desarrollo, uso y conservacion de los recursos agua y suelo en el Distrito de Riego Chili, en el cual se pueden identificar las actividades tecnicas de caracter directo, las cuales se agrupan por su naturaleza en actividades de Evaluacion y Planeamiento, de Ejecucion e Implementacion, asi como de Gestion y Conservacion; las mismas que aplicadas en el ambito de la Cuenca Hidrografica permiten una disponibilidad de los recursos agua y suelo.
