Sarawak exported 10,860 tons valued at M$30.89 million ringgit. When compared to the corresponding period last year, export quantity fell by 6,311 tons and earnings by $14,466.00. Depressed prices led to a decline in production and exports. Kuching handled most of the exports. Singapore was the main outlet
