Disposition kinetics of trimethoprim in combination with sulphadiazine and sulphadimidine in buffalo calves

The purpose of this investigation was to study the pharmacokinetic profiles of some other sulphonamide-trimethoprim combinations in buffalo species and to examine whether the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the components of these combination closely approximate each other or not. The pharmacokinetic characteristics of the compounds of each combination do not closely approximate each other and thus will not form ideal partners for oral administration to buffalo species
