The correlation coefficients between temperature and day length that prevailed during the vegetative and reproductive phases with the number of flowers and fruits per plant, seeds per fruit, 100 seed weight, seed germination and seedling vigour were significant and positive while between relative humidity and the above characters were negative and significant
