Pattern of inheritance in the dimensional characteristics of bull spermatozoa

The pattern of inheritance of the dimensional characteristics of spermatozoa of Hariana, Holstein and their reciprocal cross-bred bulls was studied. It was found that the head breadth, head area, midpiece length and midpiece area varied significantly between the two purebreds. Midpiece length and area varied significantly between the reciprocal cross-breds and between the pure and reciprocal cross-bred bulls
