Data on feed intake showed that the highest average daily consumption of sugarcane tops was observed on caraheifers in treatment 2 (27.40 kg), followed by animals in treatment 1 (24.71 kg), and the lowest was in treatment 3 (21.79 kg). The same trend was observed on urea-molasses block consumption. The animals in treatment 1 consumed an average of 0.30 kg/day, treatment 2 at 0.40 kg/day, and an average of 0.16 kg/day in treatment 3. Analysis of the performance of the animals showed that animals in treatment 2 gave the highest total gain in weight (305 kg) followed by the animals in treatment 3 (266 kg) and the lowest was in treatment 1 (209 kg). In terms of average daily gain (ADG), the animals gained 0.46 kg/day for treatment 1, 0.67 kg/day for treatment 2 and 0.58 kg/day for treatment 3
